Damit es noch ärgerlicher wird, kann man keine Nachricht mit der Bitte um Rückruf hinterlassen. Es kommt sofort das Band mit dem "guten Rat" in ein paar Minuten wieder zu probieren. Ich habe innerhalb von einer Stunde locker 30 mal probiert. ERFOLGLOS! This ordination is a bad joke! The telephone is NOT manned during office hours. To make things even more annoying, you cannot leave a message asking for a call back. The tape immediately comes with the "good advice" to try again in a few minutes. I tried 30 times within an hour. SUCCESSFUL!

Sagt ihre Lunge ist ok ohne das man zum Lungenröntgen geschickt wurde ? hat wohl Röntgen Augen ?, man erklärt ihr das man wegen Chronischer Bronchitis und schwerem Atmen mit Maske nach einer Zeit hyperventiliert und Schweißausbrüche bekommt, Sie meint das ist Psychisch und hat mit der CO2 Rückatmung zu tun und mann solle in ein sackerl Atmen ? na voll Logisch und nachvollziehbar, man soll solle Tiefe Atemzüge in ein sackerl machen wegen dem CO2 ?!?! Also man bekommt wegen der Maske probleme mt CO2 Rückatmung und soll wegen CO2 in einen Geschlossenen Raum ( Sackerl ) einatmen ? auf die frage zum erhöhten Adrenalin Ausstoß durch die Neben Niere als Kompensation zum erschwerten Atmen das der Körper macht und es aufs Herz und Organe geht, meint sie nein das stimmt nicht ? obwohl mir das ein Arzt bestätigte und es Studien dazu gibt meinte sie ! " ach man solle ned allen studien so glauben" unglaublich! Ich solle es als Training für Lunge und Körper sehen ?Verschwendete zeit fürs studieren sag ich nur. Leiert schulstoff runter ohne nachvollziehbare Erklärungen. War das letzte mal dort, nie wieder. Vor Ort widerruft sie diese. Obwohl ich mir die Aussage am Telefon 2x von ihr bestätigen hab lassen. Sehr ärgerlich! On February 16, an incompetent ordination assistant (elderly lady, light brown long hair, pink work clothes). Something was agreed upon over the phone. She revokes this on site. Although I had her confirm the statement twice on the phone. Very annoying!

When I missed an appointment owing to language problems, they were extremely kind. Bear in mind that they can, like any medical practice, become quickly overwhelmed- particularly in the winter months and flu season.
