J	Joshuan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Rezeptionistin, unfreundliche Assistentin beim Lungenleistungstest: Bei der Ärztin war ich heute zum ersten Mal un nach 5 Minuten war das Gespräch fertig. Die Ärztin hatte so offensichtlich keine Lust darauf einen Patienten zu sehen und die Befunde waren auch mangelhaft. Was besonders auffiel. KEIN Abhören der Lunge im ÄrztInnenzimmer. Nur von oben herab und kalt wie die Nacht am Gletscher. Leider keine Seltenheit in Wien, denn in dieser Stadt sind leider die meisten Ärzte die ich kennenlernen durfte entweder unfreundlich/unhöflich, oder gemäßigt neutral. Unfriendly receptionist, unfriendly assistant during the lung performance test: I went to the doctor for the first time today and the conversation was over after 5 minutes. The doctor obviously had no desire to see a patient and the findings were also poor. Which was particularly noticeable. NO wiretapping of the lungs in the doctor's room. Only from above and cold as the night on the glacier. Unfortunately not uncommon in Vienna, because in this city most of the doctors I got to know are either rude / impolite or moderately neutral.

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat die Patienten freundlich gebeten sich die Hände zu desinfizieren. Ungefähr alle zehn Minuten hat die Dame alle Griffe und Oberflächen mit Desinfektionsmittel abgewischt. Wartezeit: Termin war um 14.50, schon nach dreißig Minuten drangekommen! Ich bin schon ganz andere Wartezeiten gewohnt! Untersuchung: Ein nettes Gespräch in welchem ich befragt wurde, was meine Beschwerden sind! Ich habe mir im Vorhinein von meinem Hausarzt eine Überweisung für ein Lungenröntgen per Email eingeholt, sodass wir viel Zeit ersparen konnten hier empfehle ich jedem! Professionelle Amnesie und Erklärung weiterer Schritte und des Behandlungsweges! Gesammt: 10/10 ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen! Conclusion: Meeting: quick and easy. Reception: When you came in you noticed that cleanliness was very important! The lady at the front desk kindly asked the patients to disinfect their hands. Every ten minutes or so, the lady wiped all the handles and surfaces with disinfectant. Waiting period: The appointment was at 2:50 pm, already after thirty minutes! I'm used to very different waiting times! Investigation: A nice conversation in which I was asked what my complaints are! I obtained a referral for a lung x-ray from my doctor in advance by email, so that we could save a lot of time. I recommend this to everyone! Professional amnesia and explanation of further steps and the treatment path! Total: 10/10 I can only recommend the practice!
