Die Assistentin allerdings ist unfreundlich, herrisch und gewöhnungsbedürftig - trotzdem kein Abzug wegen der super Ärztin. A great doctor, careful, calm and competent. She patiently answers Frsgen and is solution-oriented. The assistant, however, is rude, bossy and getting used to - still no deduction because of the super doctor.

Ihr verdanke ich, dass mein linkes Auge, welches nach einer misslungenen Nachstaroperation ein Sekundärglaukom aufwies und ca. zehn Eingriffe hinter sich hat, noch immer ein Teil von mir ist. Ich sehe damit zwar schon lange nichts mehr aber eine von ihr verordnete Kontaktlinse stabilisierte vor mehr als zwanzig Jahren meine Hornhaut, die im Begriff war, sich aufzulösen. Dr. Reiter ist eine absolut gute Diagnostikerin. Dr. Reiter has been my ophthalmologist for decades. I owe it to you that my left eye, which had secondary glaucoma after an unsuccessful post-surgery operation and has undergone about ten procedures, is still part of me. I haven't seen anything for a long time, but a contact lens she prescribed stabilized my cornea more than twenty years ago, which was about to dissolve. Dr. Reiter is an absolutely good diagnostician.
p	pend ulin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute das erste Mal bei Frau Reiter. Sie ist eine ziemlich coole Lady und hat sehr schnell herausgekriegt was ich brauche. Sie hat nicht lange rumgeplempert, sich aber dennoch Zeit genommen die richtige Korrektur festzustellen. Das war top! Die Ordinationshilfe ist übrigens auch sehr nett und wenn sie nicht grad mit Voruntersuchung beschäftigt ist, auch gern für einen Smalltalk und ein Scherzchen aufgelegt. Was auch ganz toll war: Kurzfristiger Termin und kaum Wartezeit in der Ordination. It was my first time with Frau Reiter today. She is a pretty cool lady and got out what I need very quickly. She didn't flop around for long, but still took the time to find the correct correction. That was great! The ordination aid is also very nice and by the way, if she is not busy with a preliminary examination, she is also happy to do a small talk and a joke. What was also great: short-term appointment and hardly any waiting time in the office.

Auf die einfachsten Fragen kriegt man keine Antwort, Geräte sind ungepflegt, Rezeption überfordert mit banalsten Tätigkeiten, Ärztin gibt keine Auskunft für weiteren Verlauf. Nach dem Besuch hat man mehr Fragen als davor. Nie wieder!! Can only follow the reviews here - if you are looking for a COMPETENT ophthalmologist avoid this place! On the simplest questions you get no answer, appliances are neglected, reception overwhelmed with most banal activities, doctor gives no information for further course. After the visit you have more questions than before. Never again!!

Die ersten zwei Stunden haben wir die Ärztin nicht gesehen, stattdessen hat die Sprechstundenhilfe alle Tests durchgeführt. Sie war dabei total unfähig auf meine Tochter einzugehen, war überhaupt nicht einfühlsam, obwohl meine Tochter alle Tests sehr unangenehm fand. Die Augen wurden verdreht und es gab kein nettes Wort oder irgendeine Motivation, eher Schweigen und Ungeduld. Die Augentropfen mussten fixierend eingefügt werden, was an Körperverletzung grenzt. Als wir dann endlich die Ärztin zu Gesicht bekamen, gab es nich mal eine Begrüßung oder Blickkontakt mit meiner Tochter. Es wurde uns kurz gesagt, dass unsere Tochter eine Brille tragen muss, das Rezept wurde verschrieben. Wir sind beide keine Brillenträger und dadurch total verwirrt und waren auch das erste Mal beim Augenarzt. Uns wurde keine Info gegeben, nicht mal über den Dioptrien Wert oder sonstwas. Erst durch mehrmaliges Nachfragen kamen seltsame Antworten, wir wurden schnell abgehandelt. Dann gingen wir nach drei Minuten. Schrecklich und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Wir werden in Zukunft zu einem anderen Arzt gehen, vielleicht mit mehr Gefühl für Kinder. The visit to the doctor with my daughter was a disaster. We did not see the doctor for the first two hours, instead the receptionist did all the tests. She was totally unable to respond to my daughter, was not sensitive at all, although my daughter found all tests very uncomfortable. The eyes rolled and there was no nice word or motivation, rather silence and impatience. The eye drops had to be inserted fixatively, which borders on physical injury. When we finally saw the doctor, there was no greeting or eye contact with my daughter. We were briefly told that our daughter had to wear glasses, the prescription was prescribed. We are both not glasses wearers and therefore totally confused and were the first time at the eye doctor. We were not given any information, not even about the diopter value or anything. Strange answers only came from repeated inquiries, we were dealt with quickly. Then we left after three minutes. Terrible and not recommended at all. We will go to another doctor in the future, maybe with more feeling for children.
