Schnelle Antwort, Kostenvoranschlag nach Besichtigung + Dokumentation was alles mit soll und wie der Zustand der Möbel ist. Hätten auch eingepackt, Kisten gestellt usw. Die hilfreichen Tipps zur Vorbereitung waren gratis aber nicht umsonst. Aufstellung von Ladezoneschildern eine Woche vorher. -> Sonst hätten wir das nie geschafft mit dem LKW bei unserem alten Haus. -> Mit dem LKW haben wir uns einige Fahrten + Parkplatz suchen gespart. Zur Fuhr kam spontan eine Fahrt zum Recyclinghof. Team: Top! Eingespielt, stark und fleißig und haben auf ihren "Oldie" aufgepasst. - Das findet man viel zu selten. Am Ende hat der Mehraufwand sich nachvollziehbar auf den Gesamtpreis ausgewirkt (Stundensatz Mitarbeiter+LKW)den 1-2 Stunden Mehraufwand und war nicht weit weg vom Voranschlag. Kann ich nur empfehlen! The move from Innsbruck 3OG with full apartment with two children in a neighboring community has worked perfectly. In the end, the extra work had a comprehensible effect on the total price (hourly rate employee + truck) the 1-2 hours extra effort and was not far from the estimate. I can only recommend!

Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt - von der Terminvereinbarung, den Transport schwerer Möbel und sperriger Gegenstände durch verwinkelte Treppenhäuser ohne Lift bis in die neue Wohnung. Die Möbelpacker waren sehr freundlich und schnell und hatten auch ein paar gute Tipps für uns parat - in nicht einmal vier Stunden war alles erledigt, und das Wichtigste: Alle Sachen sind heil angekommen! Auch die Kosten (Pauschale) waren abolut angemessen. Klare Empfehlung - guter Service zu gutem Preis. Vielen Dank! We moved two households from Innsbruck together to a shared apartment in Hall. It all worked out perfectly - from the appointment, the transport of heavy furniture and bulky items through winding staircases without a lift to the new apartment. The movers were very friendly and quick and also had some good tips ready for us - in less than four hours everything was done, and most importantly: all things arrived safely! B	Brigitte Hell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen! Der Chef hat 2 Arbeiter geschickt und sie mussten noch eingeführt werden. Der Ältere konnte kein Wort deutsch, der Jüngere war erst den 2. Tag in der Firma (jedoch sehr gut und fleißig!). Aufgrund der Sprachbarriere war es einfach nicht möglich, meine Wünsche hinsichtlich der zu montierenden Möbel zu kommunizieren. Der junge Mann, der wusste, wie - wurde jedoch ständig ignoriert! Fazit: Hängeelemente wurden falsch montiert, mein Mann musste mithelfen und das Ganze überwachen. Sichtbare Löcher und Kratzer in der Wand!! Der Chef ist deshalb mitgefahren, da der Ältere (nicht deutsch sprechende) Arbeiter keine Fahrerlaubnis hat in Ö. Der Chef, er saß die ganze Zeit des Abladens im LKW, hat erst dann einmal nachgeschaut und "mitgeholfen", als er es eilig bekam .... das Montieren der Hängeelemente (mit Chef) war äußerst dilettantisch! Zusätzlich wurde er grantig, als ich meinen Wunsch nach Richtigstellung der Hängeelemte äußerte! Der junge, neue Mitarbeiter hätte es richtig gemacht, auf den hat der Ältere jedoch leider nicht hören wollen ... Ehrlich gesagt, tun mir die Mitarbeiter leid. Ich bin schon mehrmals übersiedelt und hatte bereits Erfahrung mit anderen Spediteuren, so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Einmal und nie wieder! Leider I can not recommend it! The boss, he was sitting in the truck the whole time he was unloading, only checked and "helped" when he got in a hurry ... the assembly of the hanging elements (with boss) was extremely amateurish! In addition, he got grumpy when I expressed my wish to correct the hanging elements! The young, new employee would have done it right, but unfortunately the older one didn't want to listen to it ... To be honest, I'm sorry for the employees. I have relocated several times and already had experience with other freight forwarders, I have never experienced anything like this! Once and never again! Alles gut geplant, es wurde flexible reagiert und auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Perfekte Zollabwicklung, bei der die wichtigen Dokumente früh an die Zollbüros geschickt wurden, um bei Nachfragen direkt reagieren zu können und dann beim Zoll selber keine Probleme zu haben. Es kam also zu einer sehr sorgfältige Vorbereitung und optimaler Durchführung vom netten Team mit und rund um Herrn Hueber. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder. Best move in years, went smoothly. Ich hatte keine Ahnung wie so etwas abläuft! Es war ein sehr vertrautes Gespräch und ich hatte ein super Gefühl, dass mein Hab und Gut heil ankommt! Die Anlieferung war flexibel obendrein da wir eine unerwartete Baustelle hatten in der Wohnung! Am Tag der Anlieferung bemühten sich die Mitarbeiter sehr sorgfältig und vorsichtig um mein Hab und gut! Wir hatten Spaß dabei muss ich ehrlich sagen! Die Vor- und Nachbetreuung war super und man half uns schnell den passenden Service zu finden. Am Umzugstag selbst, lief dann alles wie geplant, die Männer waren sehr freundlich und so war der Umzug sehr stressfrei. Gerne wieder!
