★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one ever rang a bell or even left a note on the door. And the package was 'retoured' twice. I was at home waiting for the package the whole time.
Worst of all the package could be easily left in the post box but they said 'they don't do it like that'. Even after a few telephone calls and agreements with the service station i was unable to receive my package on my address.
I decided to pick the package myself the second time it 'retoured'' but even that required a delay of 3 days because I had to announce that I want to pick it up myself.
I think that even a child on a bicycle would be able to deliver the package more efficiently and in less time without any instructions than these guys with all the tutoring in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed home and specifically waited for the delivery - I saw the delivery car in my street and the driver left shortly after. Not once did anyone ring the door or try to call, only left a note that they "missed me". This is not the first time this has happened, it's happened many times. I was expecting them not to even try this time as well and was right. This time I personally had to run to the driver on another street to ask them to do their job and deliver the package. Awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two tracked Amazon packets arrived at Kalsdorf but were never delivered. The Seller reported DPD didnt find me at home but I was at home in lockdown all the time! Not even a notification they passed. I leave to the Reader the final evaluation of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package left in postbox 09. Well my postbox is 112 and the lowest postbox number in the complex is 101 :)))). The day DPD closes and leaves Graz for good will be a day to celebrate. As for the people working there? No, i don't have any compassion. You don't even try to do your job, so you might as well not have it :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited the whole day for the package to arrive, followed the „live track“ and saw the car on the corner of my street. the minute after I got the message that they didn’t found me home, and i can go to the package station. nobody rang the bell and they didn’t even left the message on the door. what’s the point of saying at all that they will deliver it? i could have organize my day differently. and sadly it‘s not the first time they did that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel repeatedly are not delivered to the doorstep as defined. This specific parcel was listed with a driver for two days before it was finally dropped at a pick-up station. This has already happened several times - complaints filed with dpd in the past obviously do not make any difference...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got sms to pick up the package at the packetbox Plüddemanngasse 98.
I went there, box was empty. After contacting live chat they have said that packet arrived 20min later?!? I went again but then code was not working anymore because I've tried to pick it up and the system registered it as already taken.
Now I need to wait for them to see the email and get new code for pickup.
Edit: They have scheduled new delivery day after...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are ALWAYS problems with DPD deliveries - either delayed, or they don't ever ring the bell.
The most recent experience - package should have been delivered 2 days ago, their delivery car came both days in front of the building, nobody rang. Next delivery is planned in 10days...
