B	Bella Sorella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Briefmarkensammlung dort schätzen lassen. Die Sammlung beinhaltet uralte sowie auch Briefmarken aus den frühen 90ern. Ich habe mich ehrlich gesagt ein wenig Fehl am Platz gefunden, nachdem der "äußerst freundliche" Herr mir riet, ich sollte meine Sammlung irgendeinem Kind als Steckbuch schenken, es ist nichts wert. Er hat das Briefmarkenbuch nur schnell, schnell durchgeblättert und nicht mal in irgendeiner Weise genauer begutachtet was das Jahr der Marken anging. Wenn er genau hingesehen hätte, hätte er mich wohl nicht gefragt, ob ich denn in meiner Jugend gesammelt hätte....das wäre sich jahrestechnisch nicht wirklich ausgegangen. Kann ich also leider absolut nicht empfehlen. I have my stamp collection appreciated there. The collection includes ancient as well as postage stamps from the early 90s. To be honest, I found myself a little out of place after the "extremely kind" gentleman advised me to give my collection to any child as a book, it's worth nothing. He just flipped through the stamp book quickly, quickly, and did not even look at it in any specific way when it came to the year of the stamps. If he had looked closely, he probably would not have asked me if I would have collected in my youth .... that would not have really come out year-technically. So I can not recommend it.

Ist sie mit 1 Kunden beschäftigt und es nähert sich möglicherweise ein 2. potentieller Kunde, verliert sie fast die Fassung. The seller in the jewelry department is rude and overwhelmed. If she is busy with 1 customer and a second potential customer is approaching, she almost loses her temper.

God jewelery is only examined as an overview, regardless of whether it is 333, 585 or 750, you get 550 euros more in the almost neighboring shop. Never again!!!

Auch der Kauf im Erdgeschoss außerhalb der Auktionen verläuft immer hervorragend ab. Äußerst kompetente Beratung und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Äußerst empfehlenswert. We have been auctioning jewelry and furniture at the Dorotheum Salzburg for many years. The advice and processing of the deposit is always excellent. Buying on the ground floor outside of the auctions is always excellent. Extremely competent advice and very nice employees. Highly recommended.

Nice selection of jewelry, art and antiques, prices especially in the open sale are sometimes high and the staff is sometimes overwhelmed.

Erstens um Ringe erweitern und dort gekauften Schmuck reinigen zu lassen, wie auch auf der Homepage steht. Zweitens um neuen Schmuck zu erwerben. Die Verkäuferin hat mir zuerst gleich gesagt, dass eine Schmuckreinigung nicht angeboten würde, wenn dann erst nach Weihnachten Jänner oder Februar. Sie hat mir auch nicht geglaubt, dass es auf der Homepage steht. Ich musste es ihr zeigen. Die Beratung zur Erweiterung eines Ringes war sehr holprig und nicht hilfreich und beim zweiten Ring verwies sie mich gleich darauf selbst zum Goldschmied zu gehen. Ich wurde so inkompetent und unfreundlich beraten und behandelt, dass mir auch die Lust verging hier weiteren Schmuck zu erstehen. Der Weg hierhin war komplett umsonst. Die Verkäuferin hatte aber auch keinerlei Interesse etwas zu verkaufen oder die Situation zu entschärfen. Sehr enttäuschend und nicht weiter zu empfehlen. After my husband has bought jewelry for me here many times, I went there myself this time. Firstly, add rings and have jewelry bought there cleaned, as stated on the homepage. Second, to acquire new jewelry. The saleswoman first told me that jewelry cleaning would not be offered if it was only after Christmas in January or February. She also didn't believe me that it was on the homepage. I had to show her. The advice on expanding a ring was very bumpy and not helpful and with the second ring she immediately directed me to go to the goldsmith myself. I was advised and treated so incompetently and unfriendly that I also lost the desire to buy more jewelry here. The way there was completely in vain. However, the seller had no interest in selling anything or defusing the situation. Very disappointing and not to be recommended.
