Um den Patienten Angst zu nehmen, sollte auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen werden und nicht gegen den Willen der Patientin entschieden werden! Absolutely unsympathetic, she has no consideration for my wishes and was extremely rude. If there were zero stars I would forgive those. In order to scare the patient, special requests should be addressed and not decided against the patient's will!
