Wir hätten echt sehr gerne Josko Türen in unser neues Haus eingebaut - nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen bekamen wir erst ein überteuertes Angebot (uns war ein Richtwert bekannt - es war mehr als doppelt so teuer) wir fragten nochmal nach, es wurde uns zwar versichert, es meldet sich bei uns jemand, doch leider wieder 3 Wochen vergangen ohne Rückmeldung. Schade, wir sind nun „gezwungen“ uns bei einem anderen Anbieter unsere Türen zu beziehen... Not customer oriented! We would have really liked to have Josko doors installed in our new house - after several inquiries we only received an overpriced offer (we knew a guideline - it was more than twice as expensive) we asked again, we were assured that it would report someone with us, but unfortunately 3 weeks passed without feedback. It's a shame, we are now "forced" to move into our doors from another provider ...

K	Karin H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ man muss schon sehr aufpassen: bis du mal bei einem Servicepartner gelandet zahlst du fasst 2x so viel wie sonst (der will ja auch mind. 100% Aufschlag verdienen)... ist uns so passiert!! da kommst auch nicht mehr raus, weil keiner den anderen "weh tun" will, also bekommst auch von niemand anderen ein Angebot! --> das heißt zuerst direkt bei der Josko-Zentrale (Schauraum Kopfing) anzufragen ist immer besser! Generell sehr komplizierte Aufteilung: Auftrag schließt Josko-Servicepartner ab, Montage läuft durch eigenes Serviceteam in Zusammenarbeit wieder mit einer zweiten Servicefirma... es passieren Fehler, Mängel beim Produkt (z.B. bei Silikonfuge) werden wieder von einer anderen Firma repariert... insgesamt sehr verwirrendes Konstrukt... damit dauert es ewig bis alles wirklich erledigt ist! besser wäre alles aus einer Hand!... wahrscheinlich wäre man da bei Entholzer, Internorm, Bruckner usw. besser bedient... zusammengefasst kann man sagen: Die Firma ist zu schnell gewachsen und überfordert mit den Aufträgen und das merken jetzt mittlerweile leider immer mehr Endkunden (Lieferprobleme, Serviceprobleme usw.)! you have to be very careful: until you end up with a service partner you pay twice as much as usual (he wants to earn at least 100% surcharge) ... that's what happened to us !! you can't get out either, because nobody wants to "hurt" the others, so you don't get an offer from anyone else either! -> That means asking Josko headquarters (showroom Kopfing) first is always better! Generally very complicated breakdown: Josko's service partner completes the order, assembly is carried out by our own service team in cooperation with a second service company ... errors occur, defects in the product (e.g. silicone joint) are repaired by another company ... all in all very confusing construct ... so it takes forever until everything is really done! Everything would be better from a single source! ... Probably you would be better served at Entholzer, Internorm, Bruckner etc. ... in summary one can say: The company has grown too quickly and overwhelmed with the orders and unfortunately now you always notice that more end customers (delivery problems, service problems, etc.)!

Unser Haus ist seit 2 Monaten eingerüstet und die Fassadenfirma wartet, dass sie die Fassade fertig machen kann. Josko weiß um die Dringlichkeit der Montage. Weder der Vertriebspartner noch Josko melden sich wie es weitergeht, noch gab es eine Entschuldigung. Very poor customer service. We have already supplied the wrong accessories for installing the external venetian blinds twice. Our house has been scaffolded for 2 months and the facade company is waiting for them to finish the facade. Josko is aware of the urgency of the assembly. Neither the sales partner nor Josko reported how things would proceed, nor was there an apology.
R	Roland Hem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Türen von Josko sind leider Müll! Ich bereue sehr Josko Türen gekauft zu haben die von einem Josko Partner eingebaut wurden. Entweder die ‚Fachmänner‘ haben etwas falsch beim Einbau gemacht oder die Türen sind Müll. Oder auch beides trifft zu. Meine Türen sind 220 cm hoch und wurden auf Mass angefertigt. Die Größe der Öffnung für die Türen wurden nach Rücksprache mit dem Josko Partner hergestellt. (Es war eine Sanierung). Die Türstöcke vom Kinderzimmer und vom Bad sind locker und wackeln. Beim Schlafzimmer ist der Türstock einfach schief eingebaut und es ‚klopft‘ bei jeder Türbewegung. Ich bereue den Kauf von Josko Türen täglich! So schade, im Glauben etwas Hochwertiges zu kaufen wurden wir so sehr enttäuscht! Unfortunately, the doors from Josko are rubbish! I really regret having bought Josko doors that were installed by a Josko partner. Either the 'professionals' did something wrong during installation or the doors are rubbish. Or both apply. My doors are 220 cm high and were made to measure. The size of the opening for the doors was made after consultation with the Josko partner. (It was a refurbishment). The door frames from the children's room and the bathroom are loose and wobble. In the bedroom, the door frame is simply installed at an angle and it 'knocks' with every movement of the door. I regret buying Josko doors every day! Such a shame, believing we were buying something high quality we were so disappointed!
