Communication and sharing ideas/wishes is very easy, and you'll get an honest answer of what is possible and what is not. During the process I got regular updates, and Dominik is always confirming/double checking if all is going according the customers plan. All in all definitely a 5 star rating on all aspects.

From first contact and throughout this process Dominik was very quick to respond and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by conversing and sending photos throughout out the entire process. This process started out as a custom for myself and quickly became a process that included my fiancés as well. All it took was for her to see what he had created for me and she had to have one too. “ If he impressed you I definitely need one.” This to me was much more than just a transaction for a set of custom ring. Dominiks customer service transformed a simple purchase on Etsy into a pleasurable experience for the both us and that is something I can’t thank him enough for. The rings came out absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier that we chose to have our rings made by Dominik.

Once I saw what he created for my fiancé I had to have one too!! He kept us well informed throughout the entire process along with pictures to show us. Not only was he reasonably priced, he was very fast with his process in comparison to some other places, he adds personable touch to each experience, and his fine craftsmanship is apparent and he takes pride in his work.
