Ich bin heute zum dritten mal um 20.45 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen gestanden obwohl eigentlich bis 22.00 geöffnet sein sollte. Das Eis an sich ist ganz ok, manchmal zu wenig durchgeforen und ziemlich weich. Die Bedienung ist wirklich sehr langsam und unfreundlich. Der Preis ist mit 1,20 € pro Kugel + 0,40 € für eine Tüte ganz schön teuer. I don't understand why the shop has opening times. Today I stood in front of closed doors for the third time at 8:45 p.m. although it should actually be open until 10 p.m. The ice cream itself is ok, sometimes not thoroughly chilled and quite soft. The service is really slow and unfriendly. The price is very expensive at 1.20 € per ball + 0.40 € for a bag.

Das beste währe allerdings wenn auch Sonntags geöffnet währe und dafür unter der Woche ein Tag geschlossen ist, dann könnten wir öfters das Eis dort genießen. Also einfach hingegen durchkosten und hoffen das Sonntag auch offen ist. Super good ice cream sundae. Everything is actually delicious. The best would be, however, if it were open on Sundays and a day is closed during the week, then we could often enjoy the ice there. So just taste it and hope that Sunday is also open.

War nicht wirklich voll aber geschlagene 45 min müssten wir auf 2 Eisbecher warten. The ice cream is great and so are the sundaes. The biggest shortcoming is and unfortunately remains the waiting time. Wasn't really full but we'd have to wait for 2 sundaes for 45 minutes.

Mein letztes Eis hat nach nassem Karton geschmeckt. War nicht das erste ungenießbare Eis, das ich dort bekommen habe. Nie wieder!! I've already got ice cream several times, but unfortunately I was mostly disappointed. Can only advise against this ice cream parlor. My last ice cream tasted like wet cardboard. Wasn't the first inedible ice cream I got there. Never again!!

Gerade dann wenn oft Familien zusammenkommen - nämlich an Sonntagen - ist geschlossen. Video Überwachung im Geschäft für was? Personalüberwachung? Schade. It's a shame about the beautiful restaurant. Staff tried very hard, but long waiting times. Especially when families often get together - namely on Sundays - it is closed. Video surveillance in business for what? Personnel Monitoring? Too bad.
