★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zweimal in diesem Geschäft. Beide Male befand sich der Verkaufsraum in einem äußerst dreckigen Zustand. Es lagen Laubblätter und Schmutz die von der Strasse hereingeweht worden waren, vermischt mit Styroporschnitzeln und dergleichen über den gesamten Verkaufsraum am Boden verteilt.
Alles in allem hinterließ das Geschäft einen äußerst schmuddeligen Eindruck.
Als ich ein Paket aufgeben wollte, wollte man von mir sämtliche Daten, die volle Adresse, Telefonummer sowie e-mail Adresse. Auf die Frage, warum man diese Daten alle aufnehme wurde mir gesagt, dass dies dazu diene mir die jeweiligen tracking Informationen zuzusenden. ich erwiderte, dass dies ja ohnedies mittels der Trackingnummer auf dem Beleg möglich sei. Worauf mir gesagt wurde, dass dies nur mit meiner e-mail Adresse möglich sei. Dies stellte sich jedoch als eine Falschinformation heraus, da mir nach Bezahlung ein Beleg mit Trackingnummer ausgehändigt wurde, der eben genau ein Tracking ohne e-mail ermöglicht, analog des Prozedere bei Sendungen durch die PostAG, wo man auch nicht sämtliche perönliche Daten angeben muss, wie etwa Adresse, Tel., e-mail etc.. All dies hinterließ bei mir eine äußerst unseriösen Eindruck. Ich kann diesen Paketshop nicht weiterempfehlen.
I've been to this shop twice. Both times the salesroom was in an extremely dirty condition. There were leaves and dirt that had been blown in from the street, mixed with styrofoam chips and the like, spread over the entire sales area on the floor.
All in all, the store made an extremely grubby impression.
When I wanted to send a package, they wanted all of the data, the full address, telephone number and e-mail address from me. When asked why all these data are recorded, I was told that this would be used to send me the respective tracking information. I replied that this was possible anyway using the tracking number on the receipt. Whereupon I was told that this was only possible with my e-mail address. However, this turned out to be incorrect information, because after payment I was given a receipt with a tracking number, which enables exactly tracking without e-mail, analogous to the procedure for shipments by PostAG, where you don't have to provide all personal data, such as address, phone, e-mail etc .. All of this left me with an extremely dubious impression. I cannot recommend this parcel shop.
