The first visit to the hairdresser for my almost three-year-old daughter. Stefan was very friendly and the result was absolutely great.

The staff isn't friendly, it seems they are not in the mood to work, they seem bored.I received a very bad haircut, totally uneven, left side shorter than the right side. Before leaving I said to the hairdresser that i think that my haircut is uneven and she agreed with me, so she tried to cut it better. However it wasn't really good. She was in a hurry to get it finished but not to do it right. At the end, the hairdresser gave me the hairdryer and told me to dry the hair myself. I was like, what?! Aren't you going to do that! ... Such a bad and unprofessional experience, very expensive for such a low quality service. I am not coming here again. Very disappointed!
