Gerne wieder ! Was there at Manuela, a new hairdresser. She is very friendly and very responsive to requests. I am very satisfied with the result. Gladly again !

Als Behinderter habe ich bisher immer WÄHREND MEINES EINKAUFS die Toilette in der Filiale verwenden dürfen. Auf einmal hieß es, das ginge nicht mehr, obwohl ich immer auf penibelste Sauberkeit geachtet hatte. Ich habe in der dm-Zentrale in Salzburg angerufen und von dort die Info bekommen, vom Gebietsbetreuer wäre dies genehmigt worden. Aber nein, ich durfte dann doch nicht. Ein nochmaliger Anruf in der dm-Zentrale ergab, dass die Friseustudio-Leiterin sich quergestellt und die Erlaubnis revidiert hat. Das hat mir auch die Studioleiterin schroffst und unfreundlichst mitgeteilt. Ich fordere alle Behinderte auf, NICHT in dieses Friseurstudio zu gehen. Ich hoffe, dass diese Friseurstudioleiterin nie selbst in die Situation kommt, in behindertem Zustand dringend aufs WC zu müssen. The branch and the branch employees are absolutely great, UP TO THE HAIRDRESSING STUDIO. As a disabled person, I have always been allowed to use the toilet in the branch DURING MY SHOPPING. Suddenly it was said that it was no longer possible, although I had always paid attention to meticulous cleanliness. I called the dm headquarters in Salzburg and got the information from there that this would have been approved by the area manager. But no, I wasn't allowed to. Another call to the dm head office revealed that the hairdressing salon manager had disagreed and revised the permit. The studio manager told me that in the most harsh and unfriendly manner. I urge all disabled people NOT to go to this hair salon. I hope that this hairdressing salon manager will never find herself in the situation of urgently having to go to the toilet when she is disabled.

C	Clau Dia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht kundenfreundlich! Obwohl ich dort eingekauft habe (10-12 Produkte), kriegt man keinen Zugang zum Kunden (!) WC. Die Dame an der Kassa verweist auf die Kollegin im Frisörstudio - diese gewährt nur Einlass zum WC, wenn man beim Friseur war. Eine absolute Frechheit, zumal es in anderen Filialen kein Problem ist. Schämen sollte man sich, wenn man zahlende (!!!) Kunden wegschickt, die dringend ihre Notdurft verrichten müssen Absolutely not customer friendly! Although I bought there (10-12 products), you don't get access to the customer (!) Toilet. The lady at the cash desk refers to the colleague in the hairdressing studio - she only allows admission to the toilet if you have been to the hairdresser. An absolute cheek, especially since it is not a problem in other branches. One should be ashamed if one sends away paying (!!!) customers who urgently need to relieve themselves
P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Friseur Termin für meinen 2 1/2 jährigen Sohn ausgemacht der mir aber sehr unfreundlich 40 Minuten davor abgesagt wurde! Und das am letzten Tag vor dem lockdown! Würde es verstehen wenn es wirklich was kompliziertes oder langwieriges gewesen wäre aber einen Kind die Haare zu schneiden dauert nicht länger als max. 10 Minuten. Also für mich eine Frechheit wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Diese Filiale wird mich und meine Familie nie sehen! I made a hairdresser appointment for my 2 1/2 year old son, but it was canceled 40 minutes before that very unfriendly! And that on the last day before the lockdown! Would understand if it was really something complicated or tedious but cutting a child's hair does not take longer than a maximum of 10 minutes. So for me it's a cheek how customers are dealt with here. This branch will never see me and my family!
