T	Tasia Riha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir über das Internet einen Termin zum Haare schneiden ausgemacht...ein einfacher Haarschnitt, im Grunde nur Spitzen schneiden. Gleich als ich hinkam machte mich die Dame darauf aufmerksam, dass ich bei der Buchung nicht angegeben hatte, dass ich lange Haare hätte. Von da weg war die Dame bereits sichtlich missmutig und widerwillig. Ich erklärte ihr, dass sie hinten lediglich 3-4 cm abschneiden sollte und vorne nach hinten durchstufen sollte. Bevor ich es mich versah hatte sie hinten mehr als 10 cm abgeschnitten (wobei meine Haare weder kaputt noch sonst was waren was 10 cm gerechtfertigt hätten...im Gegenteil, sie merkte selbst an wie schön und gesund meine Haare waren). Als sie dann fertig war mit dem Schneiden legte sie mir nahe, ich möge meine Haare doch bitte selbst trocknen (obwohl ich einen all inclusive Schnitt gebucht hatte). Alles in allem war ich in nicht einmal 40 Minuten abgefertigt und hatte ein Drittel meiner Haarlänge unfreiwillig dort gelassen. Nie mehr wieder dort hin! I made an appointment to cut my hair over the internet ... a simple haircut, basically just cutting tips. As soon as I got there, the lady pointed out that I had not stated at the time of booking that I had long hair. From there, the lady was already visibly displeased and reluctant. I told her that she should cut off only 3-4 cm behind and should step through to the front. Before I knew it, she had cut off more than 10 cm at the back (although my hair was neither broken nor anything else that would have justified 10 cm ... on the contrary, she noticed how beautiful and healthy my hair was). When she finished cutting, she suggested that I should dry my hair myself (although I had booked an all inclusive cut). All in all, I was dispatched in less than 40 minutes and left a third of my hair unintentionally. Never go back there!

Die Angestellte hat mich sehr nett Beraten und anschließend eine tolle Frisur gezaubert!! Im laufe des Gespräches stellte sich heraus d As das nette Fräuleinerst im 2.Lehrjahr ist! HUT AB vor so einer Leistung. Das Unternehmen kann sich glűcklich schätzen so eine Mitarbeiterin zu haben. LG und Danke Have a very nice experience. Redet nix, fragt nicht nach, null Einfühlungsvermögen bei einem Kind, von Freundlichkeit Red ich erst gar nicht. Besser nochmal nachschulen was Kundenservice bedeutet!! Generell wirkte sie sehr genervt und desinteressiert, schade.... You can get an appointment online at short notice, that's the positive thing. The young blonde lady doesn't work at all. Don't talk, don't ask questions, zero empathy with a child, I don't even talk about friendliness. Better retrain what customer service means !! In general, she looked very annoyed and disinterested, a shame ...

Bei mir ein Strähnchen Chaos angerichtet genau wie ich es nicht wollte und musste das Ausbessern noch selbst bezahlen. Statt 70 Euro am Ende 160 Euro. Ich habe dm immer wieder die Chance gegeben, aber jedesmal war das Ergebnis so, als hätte ich es Zuhause selber gemacht... Leider Es war immer dieselbe Frisörin, wie die restlichen Angestellten sind weiß ich nicht. Habe nur oft mitbekommen dass eine ziemlich frech vor Kunden mit den MitarbeiterInnen ist und auch KundenInnen zutextet mit einer Geschichte nach der nächsten. Fand ich störend. Vielleicht sind das Momentaufnahmen, vl aber ist es dort aber wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Mein Eindruck ist jedenfalls nicht gut. So far blended with every visit. My little son's temples are uneven. With my mother. A strand of chaos caused me exactly how I didn't want it and had to pay for the mending myself. Instead of 70 euros at the end of 160 euros. I always gave dm the chance, but each time the result was as if I had done it myself at home ... Unfortunately, it was always the same hairdresser as the rest of the employees, I don't know. I just noticed often that one of them is quite cheeky in front of customers with the employees and also texted customers with one story after the next. I found it disturbing. Maybe these are snapshots, but it is really not recommended there. In any case, my impression is not good.
