P	Patrick Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal! Kurz vor 17 Uhr wurde ich regelrecht von 2 Mitarbeitern beim Eingang angeschrien, dass sie bereits geschlossen haben. Ein etwas freundlicher Ton wäre angebrachter, andere Filialen haben bis 18 Uhr geöffnet. Es ist ja kein Problem um 17 Uhr zu schließen, aber Kunden anschrein ist mehr als fragwürdig. Very rude staff! Shortly before 5 p.m., two employees at the entrance shouted at me that they had already closed. A somewhat friendly tone would be more appropriate, other branches are open until 6 p.m. It's no problem to close at 5 p.m., but shouting at customers is more than questionable.

Mitarbeiterinen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.....Mitarbeiterinen hat mir meine Frage schon angesehen und gleich höflich gefragt, ob sie mir helfen kann ....finde ich super ?in den meisten Geschäften muss man erst mal suchen bis man jemanden findet ..... Very clean and welcoming branch. Employees were very friendly and courteous ..... Employees already looked at my question and politely asked if they could help me .... I think it's great ? in most shops you have to search first until you find someone. ....
B	Beatrix Teix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im ganzen alles super und fast alle Mitarbeiterinnen nett. Aber eine hatte mir unterstellt ich hätte eine haarfarbe gestohlen. Die ich umtauschen wollte und sogar die rechnung bei hatte. Ich habe mittlerweile weißblondes Haar, wollte auch in dieser Farbe welche kaufen und die schwarze Farbe umtauschen, . Finde den Fehler. Und um das zu krönen, lautstark vor 6 Kunden die hinter mir anstanden. Falls die Dame mit dunklen/schwarzen Haaren und pony Frisur dienst hat, geht nicht rein. Grauenhafte Persönlichkeit All in all, everything was great and almost all of the employees were nice. But one had suggested I had stolen a hair color. Which I wanted to exchange and even had the bill with me. I have now white-blonde hair, wanted to buy some in this color and exchange the black color,. Find the mistake. And to top it off, loudly in front of 6 customers standing behind me. If the lady with dark / black hair and a pony hairstyle is on duty, don't go in. Horrible personality

Es hätte vor 2 Wochen schon geliefert werden sollen und keiner weiß wo sie sind !!!! weder cewe noch dm ... nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!! worst experience ever!!! I ordered photos from Cewe with branch delivery. After 21 days they are still not there. It should have been delivered 2 weeks ago and nobody knows where they are !!!! neither cewe nor dm ... never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Einen Millimeter im Geschäft, fauchte (und genauso meine ich es) durchs Geschäft: „Maske ordentlich aufsetzen.“ Schon klar, gute Frau, aber scheinbar ist Ihnen nicht klar, dass die Brille beim Betreten eines Geschäfts einmal stark anläuft und man eine Millisekunde Zugluft (und damit meine ich, dass die Maske bis über [!] die Nasenspitze gezogen war und nicht, wie ich sie sonst trage, unter der Brille, also die gesamte Nase abgedeckt) braucht, damit man wieder was sieht. Auch die Ware im Geschäft. Komme nicht mehr. Frage mich, welche inkompetente Menschen im Verkauf eingestellt werden. KMH Unsympathetic saleswoman. A millimeter in the shop, hissed (and that's exactly what I mean) through the shop: "Put on the mask properly." Sure, good lady, but you don't seem to realize that when you walk into a store, your glasses tarnish and you get a millisecond of drafts (and by that I mean that the mask was pulled up over [!] the tip of your nose and not how I usually wear them, under glasses, i.e. covering the entire nose) so that you can see something again. Also the goods in the shop. don't come anymore Wonder what incompetent people are hired in sales. KMH
M	Max Stirner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A drugstore with a very typical selection of products. What stands out are the very courteous, friendly, helpful and generally knowledgeable employees. You should always find one or two employees around ready to field your questions, and they will approach you if they see you’re struggling to find a product (but without constantly hovering around you unasked). This chain seems to do a very good job training its personnel, although somehow this outlet has especially nice employees.
E	Erika Sokolová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dm in Vienna. Saleswomen always have a smile on their face and are nice. They have an overview of products and can give great advice. When I want to improve my mood, I go to soak up the atmosphere in this store and I always have to buy something.
