Noch nie habe ich erlebt, dass ein Artikel nicht verfügbar war. Familienparkplatz direkt davor und kleine Einkaufswagerl für Kinder. Large and light dm, clearly sorted, shelves are always very neat and friendly staff. I have never seen an item unavailable. Family parking lot directly in front and small shopping carts for children.

Eine absolute Frechheit After I had shopped in this DM, I asked the lady if I could use the customer toilet in the DM hairdresser. The lady denied me this! An absolute cheek
u	uta kutschera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DM Friseur - nie wieder Obwohl ich den “Modehaarschnitt all inclusive“ gewählt hatte, wurde ich 1. mehrmals gefragt, ob ich Zusatzprodukte gegen Aufzahlung dazu nehmen möchte und am Ende wurden mir noch 8€ mehr berechnet, weil ich lange Haare habe!! (ca. 15cm länger als schulterlang). Das steht nirgends. Meine Familie und ich waren das letzte Mal bei einem DM-Friseur. DM Barber - never again Although I had chosen the "fashion haircut all inclusive", I was 1. several times asked if I would like to take additional products against payment and at the end I was still charged 8 € more, because I have long hair! (about 15cm longer than shoulder length). That is nowhere. My family and I were last at a DM barber.

K	Karoline Hübl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir war schon suspekt, warum man bei euch heute noch Termine bekommt. Bis zum Bezahlen war ich wirklich mit euch zufrieden. Top-Schnitt und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Als ich am Ende für Waschen, Schneiden, Blondieren, Augenservice und einem Öl fast 200 Euro zahlen musste, bekam ich den Schock meines Lebens. Leider war ich so geschockt, dass ich nicht mal ein Wort rausbekam, so kenn ich mich selbst nicht. Rund 130 Euro kamen online bei der Berechnung raus. Am Kassenmonitor sah ich, dass sie die Tönung extra berechnet hat, fast 50 Euro. Ich hab NIE eine extra Tönung bestellt. Ihre Worte waren: Es kommt sowieso eine Tönung drauf! Für mich heißt das, es ist inkludiert. So war es auch bei der anderen DM Filiale. Das letzte Mal hatte ich noch Farbreste drinnen, die Blondierung dauerte ewig, dann noch eine Blondierwäsche und zusätzlich Tönung. Am Ende zahlte ich knappe 100 Euro für alles, inkl. Schneiden, Föhnen und Augen. Und heute 200 Euro. Wenn ich etwas um 120 Euro buch, dann erwarte ich, dass man mich fragt, ob ich weitere Leistungen will. Das nennt man im Volksmund verarschen von Kunden! Das hab ich selbst nicht mal beim Frisör Weltmeister bezahlt. Ich pack mein Leben nicht, wie kann man nur so die Kunden abzocken und das bei DM. In der Tüte, in der ihre Karte mit Namen steckt, befindet sich keine Rechnung. Davon ging ich aus. Bis zur Bezahlung wäre ich sofort wieder gekommen, ich hab auch mein Mitleid mehrmals bedauert, wie schwer es die Frisöre zur Zeit haben. Jetzt sag ich NEIN nie wieder Sterngasse. I was suspicious of why you still get appointments today. Until I paid, I was really happy with you guys. Top cut and friendly staff. When I ended up having to pay almost 200 euros for washing, cutting, bleaching, eye service and an oil, I got the shock of my life. Unfortunately, I was so shocked that I couldn't even get a word out, so I don't know myself. Around 130 euros came out online for the calculation. On the checkout monitor I saw that she charged the tinting extra, almost 50 euros. I NEVER ordered an extra tint. Her words were: There'll be a tint on it anyway! For me that means it's included. It was the same with the other DM branch. The last time I still had paint residues inside, the bleaching took forever, then another bleaching wash and additional tinting. In the end, I paid just under 100 euros for everything, including cutting, blow-drying and eyes. And today 200 euros. If I book something for 120 euros, I expect someone to ask me if I want more services. This is popularly known as kidding customers! I didn't even pay that myself to the world champion hairdresser. I don't pack my life, how can you rip off customers like that, and that with DM. There is no invoice in the bag in which your card with name is. That's what I assumed. I would have come back immediately until I got paid, I also regretted my pity several times about how difficult it is for the hairdressers at the moment. Now I say NO, never again Sterngasse.
A	Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Ausweis wurde heute beim Friseur nicht gescannt! Wirklich unsicher und absolut unangebracht in der heutigen Zeit. So schlittern wir in den nächsten Lockdown. 1 Stern für diese Frechheit! Es geht um die Sicherheit aller. My ID was not scanned at the hairdresser's today! Really unsafe and totally inappropriate in this day and age. So we slide into the next lockdown. 1 star for this cheek! It's about everyone's safety.
