Due to the COVID-19 situation I was forced to leave the city. I asked then for a cancellation and they accepted telling me it was not a problem. But after a month they proceed to illegally charge me different amounts of money on a different times even thought all Austria was lockdown and the gym was close. Now they extended the membership (without my permission) so they can cash in and still charging me “illegally” as if I were using the gym. I sent so many emails already explaining what is happening and they always ignore me. (As I can read in the comments. I am not the only one they are playing with.) This is a COMPANY trying to MAKE PROFIT from CORONAVIRUS situation. Such an unscrupulous organization!

I resigned around 2 years ago and I got a written letter that my contract was resigned. Several months after I kept getting calls to sign up again. Now the debt collection bureau is coming after me to collect 2 months worth of subcription. This is very shady and this happened also to my girlfriend and it actually turned out they were owing her money. Fit One - 0 stars

One of the best commercial gyms around, very spacious and good equipment. I have 2 comments though and I brought it up to the staff but they didn’t seem to care: 1) The absence of clips used for cable equipment that keep getting lost or stolen by gym members for some odd reason and the management is very slow to replacing them and making sure they don’t get taken which makes the equipment basically useless. 2) The other thing is you have to have Gold or VIP membership in order to have access to drinking water unless you go all the way to the bathroom inside the locker room to refill your water bottle, which is very basic to have access to drinking water while working out in such state-of-the-art gym

They charged and continue to charge the full fee for membership during corona lockdown, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, nada. Even after having cancelled my contract and receiving confirmation that it's cancelled. Talk about suspicious business practices... Update: I attempted to contact headquarters in Germany and their telephone number doesn't connect. Multiple emails sent, all I get is auto-reply with "Here's how to sign up for a new membership!". I don't know what the Austrian equivalent of the BBB is, but I guess I'll have to find out and contact them. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Im already 2 years member, and i wanted to cancel my membership but its not possible, for one answer im waiting already from April and they still charging every month fees. There is no Hotline service for Customers, there is no email where you can send your request, and no one is answering on the phone in Filiale. We will see how this will end but for sure ,think twice bevor you want to be member of this Gym .

Be careful! “ Sub-zero customer service “. I enrolled for the 6 month package at the highest price. I picked this package specifically for the personal training service that was offered. After registration I asked for the personal training service and was provided an email address. My emails were never replied to and I never got to use the personal training included in my package. When we notified to cancel they charge an additional 1 months as cancelation period. On top of this they charged an extra month. So in total we paid for 7 months (mostly not used due to lockdown). When we complained, they told us to contact customer service through the website. Again no response and no refund for additional charged month. They do not provide the service that you pay for and if you have a problem it will go unresolved.

The Bodybalance class itself was really nice, it was a hybrid of Taichi, Yoga and Pilates. However the service of the gym itself is horrible, staff claimed that I had to fill in a mandatory survey regarding my gym habits. As I was in a hurry I politely declined and the staff refused to return my ID deposit until I have completed it. To be honest I felt forced in this situation and the survey was completed without my full consent. This class was booked through ClassPass and required 0 credits which was really nice, however the company should clearly state that the free class was in exchange for a mandatory survey instead of forcing customers to submit extra information at the end of the class and hold people’s ID deposit hostage, this is completely unacceptable!
