N	Nicolas Zangerle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir bei DiTech einen I7 10700k im Shop Klagenfurt - Südpark gekauft, da Preis/Leistung in Ordnung war und dieser lagernd war. Mir wurde eine bereits getestete CPU(mit wohl schlechteren Overclocking Werten als vermutlich andere im Shop - leichte gebrauchspuren vom Kühler waren vorhanden) als "Neuware" verkauft mit der plumpen Antwort "Der Intel Sticker auf der Packung kann schon mal lose werden"... Hier werden Kunden wohl für Blöd verkauft... Definitiv mein letztes Mal bei DiTech - Ich würde auch definitiv Käufern dazu raten die Hersteller-Siegel bei Übernahme der Ware zu überprüfen! I bought an I7 10700k from DiTech in the Klagenfurt - Südpark shop because the price / performance ratio was okay and it was in stock. I was sold a previously tested CPU (with probably worse overclocking values than probably others in the shop - slight signs of use from the cooler were available) as "new product" with the clumsy answer "The Intel sticker on the package can get loose" ... Here customers are probably being sold for stupid ... Definitely my last time at DiTech - I would definitely advise buyers to check the manufacturer's seal when taking over the goods!

Echt unprofessionell sowas. Kann in Wunder dass ditech so org eingegangen ist. Einmal nie wieder! Delivery dates on the HP do not match reality. It is in stock there. Then you get an email. It will take just under 2 months until we deliver this! Really unprofessional something. It can be a miracle that ditech has entered so org. Once never again!

Weitere Infos erst nach Kontaktaufnahme und dann siehe da die Bestellung wird verschickt.... nach sechs Tagen. Für mich sieht das nach klassischem vergessen aus. Das können andere besser. Gekaufte Artikel in Ordnung, Service verbesserungswürdig. Da ich ein Service nütze, wird dieser auch bewertet. Ordered online twice in a row, order is confirmed, that's it. More information only after contact and then see there the order will be sent .... after six days. For me that looks like classical forgotten. Others can do that better. Purchased items in order, service could be improved. Since I use a service, this is also rated.
C	Christopher Stocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Lieferzeit was ich je gesehen habe. Anfang Dezember einen Monitor bestellt sollte laut Lieferzeiten auf der Homepage nach einer Woche kommen. Lieferung nach 3 Wochen noch immer nicht auf dem Weg zu mir. Wird wohl heuer nicht mehr kommen. Kundendienst bei der Hotline zu meiner bestellfrage den ganzen Tag nicht zu erreichen über Email keine Rückmeldung . Nächstes Mal wieder Amazon. Worst delivery time I've ever seen. A monitor ordered at the beginning of December should arrive after a week according to the delivery times on the homepage. Delivery after 3 weeks still not on the way to me. Will probably not come again this year. Customer service on the hotline for my order question not available all day via email no response. Amazon again next time.

Meine Lösung hat mich ein Drittel, bzw. ein Fünftel von dem gekostet, was man mir andrehen wollte. Schade eigentlich, ich hatte immer großes Vertrauen in DiTech, jedoch wollte der Herr mir die günstige Lösung nicht einmal verkaufen. Empfehlung: Bei unabhängigen Technikern informieren und woanders einkaufen. I thought you had to be familiar with computers and electronics to be able to work there. My solution cost me a third or a fifth of what they wanted to sell me. It's a shame, I always had great confidence in DiTech, but the Lord didn't even want to sell me the cheap solution. Recommendation: Get information from independent technicians and shop elsewhere.
