m	m ofi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passt auf bei Gebrauchtkauf. Dieser Händler hat zumindest bei mir ganz am Ende des Kaufs mit einem Stempel die Rechnung als "Vermittlungskauf" deklariert. Ich habe dann doch nicht bezahlt, weil ich das für höchst unseriös halte! Bei einem Vermittlungsverkauft muss m.w. auch der Verkäufer angeführt werden, den DGC Graz vermittelt nur. Interessanterweise macht man das aber nicht. D.h. der Vertrag wurde zwischen dem Käufer und niemanden abgeschlossen? Wie soll das legal sein? Auch schreibt man bei einigen Teilen von einer Garantie über 6 Monate. Die Gewährleistung von einem Jahr erwähnt man nicht. Nachdem es keinen Gewährleitungsausschluss bei den Vermittlungskäufen gegenüber dem tatsächlichen Vertragspartner gibt, müsste dieser, so wie ich das verstehe, eigentlich ein Jahr für Mängelfreiheit gewähren, WENN man den Vertragspartner denn kennen würde. Tut man aber nicht. Für mich hat das den Anschein, dass man sich so die Gewährleistung ersparen möchte oder den Vermittlungsverkauf nicht korrekt abwickelt. In jedem Fall finde ich so ein vorgehen höchst unseriös.Besonders weil die Artikel nicht ohne weiteres als Vermittlungsverkauf erkennbar sind. Be careful when buying used. At least for me, this dealer declared the invoice as a "brokerage purchase" with a stamp at the very end of the purchase. I didn't pay after all, because I think that's extremely dubious! In the case of an intermediary sale, m.w. the seller should also be mentioned, whom DGC Graz only mediates. Interestingly, you don't do that. I.e. the contract was concluded between the buyer and nobody? How is that supposed to be legal? Some parts also have a 6-month warranty. There is no mention of the one-year warranty. Since there is no exclusion of warranty for brokerage purchases in relation to the actual contractual partner, the contractual partner should, as I understand it, actually grant a year for freedom from defects IF you knew the contractual partner. But you don't. For me it seems that you want to save yourself the warranty or that the brokerage sale is not handled correctly. In any case, I find such an approach extremely dubious. Especially because the items are not immediately recognizable as brokerage sales.

Nach Sofortüberweisung wurde unverzüglich mit DPD versandt. Die Gegenstände waren sehr gut verpackt und der Zustand entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Was will man mehr! Ich wurde mehrmals und intensiv beraten, habe letztendlich meine Panasonic Lumix S5 und ein weiteres Objektiv dort gekauft. Und ich muss sagen, nach dem ersten Kurs bin ich mit meiner auf der dortigen Beratung basierenden Wahl sehr zufrieden! Auch für etwaige Fragen und Beratungen steht das dortige Team zur Verfügung und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit. Top! I would also give a sixth star!
