Zuvor hatte ich noch einige Fragen zur allgemeinen Abwicklung telefonisch und auch per Mail. Das Personalist sehr freunflich und hilfsbereit. Nach der Bestellung kam die Lieferung sehr schnell in einer neutralen stabilen Verpackung. Kurzum: Personal, Preis, Lieferung und gesamte Abwicklung sehr gut, vielen Dank, gerne wieder... I bought a Canon EOS 5d Mark IV from the company a few days ago. Before that I had some questions about the general handling by phone and also by email. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Man kann sich telefonisch Fragen stellen oder Produkte persönlich holen, was für einen Webshop außergewöhnlich ist. Komme wieder, danke für die nette Beratung! M	Marcel Vötter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein paar Makita produkte im Onlineshop bestellt und war mit der auswahl und dem Preis sehr zu frieden. Daraufhin habe ich bestellt und bei Vorkasse bezahlt. Auftragsbestätigung kam prompt nur leider habe ich länger keine Antwort bekommen als ich nachfragen wollte wann mein Paket ankommt (habe in Coronazeit bestellt). Habe dann im Fotoshop angerufen und dieser lies mich zurückrufen. Die Dame mit der ich dann Telefoniert habe war sehr hilfbereit sie hat sich des öfteren bei mir Entschuldigt das ich do lange warten musste, da bei ihnen durch Corona mehr Bestellungen als üblich ankamen. Sie hat dann meine Bestellung sofort bearbeitet und losgeschickt und ich hatte es am nächsten Tag schon bei mir zu Hause und oben drein gab es noch ein kleines Entschuldigungsgeschenk dazu da ich lange warten musste. Fazit ich würde jeder Zeit wieder bestellen sehr netter Service guter Preis und bei Normalisierung dann auch prompte Lieferung. I ordered a few Makita products in the online shop and was very satisfied with the selection and the price. I then ordered and paid in advance. Order confirmation came promptly, unfortunately I didn't get a response for a longer time than I wanted to ask when my package would arrive (I ordered in corona time). Then I called the photoshop and this let me call you back. The lady with whom I then spoke on the phone was very helpful. She often apologized to me that I had to wait a long time because Corona received more orders than usual. She then processed my order immediately and sent it off and the next day I had it at my house and on top of it there was a small apology gift because I had to wait a long time. Conclusion I would order again at any time very nice service good price and with normalization then prompt delivery.

Bei der Erstattung ging es nur via Paypal Käuferschutz um mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Shop is only halfway, no replies to emails at the given phone number for weeks, you come to the wrong company. The refund was only possible via PayPal buyer protection to get my money back.
P	Pass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Shop Ware wird nicht geliefert... Auf der Website wirs Lieferung bis Ende November garantiert, dann auf Ende Dezember, dann Ende Januar... Bad shop goods are not delivered ... On the website delivery is guaranteed until the end of November, then to the end of December, then the end of January ...
