★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einmal etwas gekauft der Verkäufer war nicht gerade freundlich wenn man in Betracht zieht das ich Kunde war und im Begriff war etwas zu kaufen. Ich habe zwar das Produkt gekauft weil ich es dringen gebraucht habe aber ich werde in Zukunft dieses Geschäft meiden und derartige Sachen wo anders Kaufen.
 I bought something once and the seller wasn't exactly friendly considering that I was a customer and was about to buy something. I bought the product because I urgently needed it, but I will avoid this shop in the future and buy such things elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So muss ein (Foto)Fachgeschäft sein. Hervorragende Beratung, riesige Auswahl und ein toller wie kompetenter Service in allen Bereichen. Auch das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht. Ich kaufe hier seit langem mein gesamtes Equipment und wurde bisher noch nie enttäuscht. Die Preise sind absolut passend. Allerdings sollte man etwas Zeit mitbringen, da hier keine halbherzige Beratung stattfindet. Weiter so.
This is how a (photo) specialty shop has to be. Excellent advice, huge selection and a great and competent service in all areas. The staff is always friendly and tried hard. I have been buying all my equipment here for a long time and have never been disappointed. The prices are absolutely appropriate. However, you should bring some time as there is no half-hearted advice. Keep it up.

Very friendly, competent staff. Extensive range and above all nice shop. My Leica binoculars were ready to be picked up within a few days. Everything done perfectly. I can only recommend.
