Habe meine schon Verkäuferseitig mäßig eingestellte Schaltung durch Eigeneinsatz ... verschlimmbessert. In der Radbox wurde die Schaltung dann für die eher mäßigen verbauten Komponenten ideal eingestellt. Es fuhr sich dann gefühlt wie auf Schienen. (klar auch wegen der wieder prallen Reifen, aber auch der Kettenumlauf war deutlich strammer und geradliniger) Hat mir auch gerade vorhin bei einem plötzlichen Gebrechen am Heimweg, sofort ohne Zögern geholfen (das hätte ich von mir aus gar nicht verlangt, weil er sichtlich so auch genug zu tun hat und ich ungern Stress verursache, wo er schlicht nicht notwendig ist, aber hier nochmal vielen Dank!) und meinen Umwerfer repositioniert und die Schaltung (samt Testfahrt) wieder satt nachjustiert. Er wollte dafür nicht einmal etwas verlangen, was natürlich so nicht geht. ;) Totally likeable guy who knows something about his craft. I improved my circuit, which was already moderately set by the seller, through my own efforts ... In the wheel box, the circuit was then ideally set for the rather mediocre built-in components. It then felt like it was on rails. (Clearly because of the tires again, but also the chain circulation was much tighter and straighter) Helped me immediately without hesitation when I had a sudden breakdown on the way home (I would not have asked for that because it was obviously so also has enough to do and I don't like to cause stress where it is simply not necessary, but thank you again!) and repositioned my front derailleur and fully readjusted the gearshift (including test drive). He didn't even want to ask for something in return, which of course doesn't work that way. ;)

"Radbox" melde sich - sehr rasch - immer klar und wir kamen zu einen Termin ..... Pünktlich (gut das hofft man immer) freundlich - und Rad-Service wirklich gut gemacht, Ersatzteile dabei! Klasse - die bestellten Räder mitgebracht - und die Rechnung absolut top .... gerne wieder - und absolut zu empfehlen I wanted to surprise my grandchildren and provide their bikes with a service and I was looking for a professional for this work, if possible on site .... "Radbox" will get in touch - very quickly - always clear and we came to an appointment ..... On time (you always hope so) friendly - and bike service really well done, spare parts included! Great - brought the bikes you ordered - and the bill was absolutely great .... gladly again - and absolutely recommendable

Beide Fahrräder wurde trotz viel Geschäft gut flott gemacht. Die Freundlichkeit hat mich begeistert und hat gut getan! Als Kunde fühlt man sich wohl! Got two bikes for service in April! One of them not used for 3 years. Everything worked great on schedule. Both bikes were made well afloat despite a lot of business. I was enthusiastic about the friendliness and it was good! You feel good as a customer!

Werde hier sicher alle meine Räder servicieren lassen. I recently had my trekking bike serviced there. Was ready for collection after a few days, everything perfect. Will definitely have all my bikes serviced here.
