E	Eva Rolnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ansich schreibe ich lieber positive Bewertungen. Das, was ich heute hier erlebt habe, darf man jedoch nicht unerwähnt lassen. In diesem Zentrum bin ich bisher sehr gut und professionell betreut worden. Darum bin ich bisher sehr gerne hin gegangen. Jeder Mensch hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Den hatte die junge Frau, die mich betreut hat, heute. Das hat man bereits beim Röntgen gemerkt. Dann sagte sie, dass ich draußen auf die Bilder warten solle. Und das tat ich auch. Als sie dann mit den Bildern heraus kam und mich dann in dem Wartebereich vor den vielen Menschen in einem sehr abwertenden Ton zusammenputzte, dass sie gesagt hätte ich sollte in der Kabine warten. Meine Ohren sind völlig in Ordnung und ich weiß, was ich gehört habe. Und auch, wenn ich es falsch verstanden hätte, rechtfertigt dieses Verhalten nicht. Menschen, die so mit anderen umgehen sind in diesem Job auf jeden Fall am falschen Ort. Schade, schade, das stellt all die guten Erfahrungen bisher in Frage. I prefer to write positive reviews. However, what I experienced here today should not go unmentioned. In this center I have been looked after very well and professionally so far. That's why I used to love going there. Everyone has a bad day once in a while. The young woman who looked after me had it today. This was already noticed on the X-ray. Then she said to wait outside for the pictures. And so did I. Then when she came out with the pictures and then brushed me up in the waiting area in front of all the people in a very pejorative tone that she would have said I should wait in the booth. My ears are perfectly fine and I know what I heard. And even if I had misunderstood, this behavior does not justify. People who treat others like this are definitely in the wrong place in this job. Too bad, that calls into question all the good experiences so far.

Kaum hingesetzt rief mich eine Dame schon zum Röntgen Ausziehen / hinstellen Zack Zack 10 min später hatte ich die Bilder in der Hand ✋ Unglaublich top Danke Never experienced anything like this Called …………spontaneously and immediately a Yes, come by / super nice, thank you Arrived : Staff extremely polite and courteous …… take a seat …. As soon as I sat down, a lady called me for an x-ray Take off / put down Zack Zack 10 minutes later I had the pictures in my hand ✋ Incredibly great thank you
M	Matthias Nebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top! Sehr freundliches Personal selbst in schwierigen Situationen. Bitte selbst auch freundlich bleiben. Der Warteraum ist groß und hat sehr stylische Designermöbel die bequem sind. Man wartet aber gar nicht lange - alles läuft sehr effizient ab. Ich hab das Gefühl, dass es MRTs anderswo günstiger als um 235€ gibt.
L	Long Talker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the modern facilities, this clinic is not to be recommended, as their patient communication at all levels is catastrophic. I waited 45 minutes before they noticed they'd made a registration error - only then the actual wait began. After the procedure, the doctor sent me off with a dry "goodbye", without ANY conclusions/diagnostic and without mentioning where and when I'm meant to retrieve the results (as it turned out, 4h later, an information they probably expected me to just telepathically guess!)

The radiologist was factually condescending, almost annoying, did not even try to act more friendly. The shots are slow and leave you in the uncomfortable position (they just don't care) for an unnecessarily long time, even though I've been in pain. Waiting room somehow has the charm of the 1970s, weird design with uncomfortable seating especially in the small dressing room. Well, I've experienced that better elsewhere.

I got an appointment a week in advance, got there 20 minutes early and they were ready for me five minutes later. No unnecessary undressing, comfortable position for the procedure itself, and ten minutes later I was out with my x-rays. The kicker: not an hour later I received my results via a message with TAN to my phone and an online link. Can absolutely recommend this place.
L	Li 84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only sincere recommendations for this institution as well as for the staff, they are so professional, kind, the space is extremely clean, they speak several languages. All the best and all the praise, starting from the speed of replying to the our e mail, to making the X-ray findings. They should be an example to other similar institutions in Vienna. Well done
