Habe schon Screenshots und eine .xls Datei mit den Informationen geschickt, die sie wollten, sie fragen nach den gleichen Informationen nochmal & wollen mir mein Paket nicht aushändigen. Sie sagen mir auch nicht, wo das Paket gelagert ist. Wegen solchen Menschen passieren Morde und Kriege, davon bin ich überzeugt. Already for the second time unnecessary drama. already screenshots and a .xls file sent have the information they wanted, they ask for the same information again and I do not want to deliver my package. They also do not tell me where the package is stored. Because such people pass murders and wars, I am convinced.

Mein Termin der von der Firma selbst kam wurde nicht war genommen und ich auch nicht benachrichtigt was war. Hab jetzt eine Woche versucht wenn zu errichten und wurde nur weg gedrückt! Einfach frech so was !!!!! Und nach einer Woche ständigem herum telefoniere endlich jemanden an den Hörer bekommen und dann wird dir auch noch dumm gekommen, beim nächsten Mal wenn ich sehe das DHL die einzige Lieferungsoption ist werde ich künftig nicht mehr bestellen, selbst wenn ich sage ihr seit das letzte ist das noch zu nett ausgedrückt.!!! Wouldn't give any thanks for nothing thought is better than DPD but nope. My appointment that came from the company itself was not taken and I was not notified of what was happening. Have now tried if for a week and was only pushed away! Just cheeky !!!!! And after a week of constant phone calls, somebody finally got on the phone and you will feel stupid, the next time I see that DHL is the only delivery option I will not order anymore in the future, even if I tell her since the last one to put that too nicely. !!!
