★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin ehemaliger Mieter in einer Wohnung die von der BIG betreut wird. Leider wurde nach der Wohnungrückgabe die Kaution nicht zurück überwiesen. Laut Rückgabeprotokoll war der einzige Mangel, das die Küche gereinigt werden sollte. Nun ist die Kaution seit mehreren Wochen ausständig. Anfragen per Mail und Telefon (seit mehreren Wochen) werden nicht beantwortet.
Edit: Kaution ist nun seit mehreren Monaten ausständig, mit der Auskunft "man habe keine Zeit"
Edit: Musste leider die Schlichtungsstelle involvieren. Danach hatte die Dame von BIG doch Zeit die Kaution zu überweisen.
I am a former tenant in an apartment that is managed by BIG. Unfortunately, the deposit was not returned after the apartment was returned. According to the return protocol, the only defect was that the kitchen should be cleaned. The bail has now been outstanding for several weeks. Inquiries by mail and telephone (for several weeks) are not answered.
Edit: Deposit has been outstanding for several months now, with the information "I don't have time"
Edit: unfortunately had to involve the arbitration board. After that, the lady from BIG had time to transfer the deposit.
