★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte Dokumente Express per DHL versenden. Der Servicepoint ist in die Postfiliale integriert. Laut DHL Website hat der Servicepoint Samstag geöffnet. Tatsächlich hat aber NUR die Postfiliale geöffnet, Samstag werden aber keine DHL Sendungen angenommen. Obwohl man in einer geöffneten Filiale steht und Mitarbeiter vor sich hat, wurde ich aufgefordert unter der Woche noch einmal zu kommen. Ob DHL oder die Post für diese desaströse Kundenerfahrung verantwortlich ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Leider in Summe Null Kundenorientierung...
 I wanted to send documents express via DHL. The service point is integrated into the post office. According to the DHL website, the service point is open on Saturday. In fact, ONLY the post office is open, but no DHL shipments will be accepted on Saturday. Although you are standing in an open branch and have employees in front of you, I was asked to come again during the week. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der in der Postfiliale integrierte "DHL Express Service Point" nimmt keine Rücksendungen an wenn diese als "Express Worldwide" versendet werden. Ausschließlich "Economy" Rücksendungen werden akzeptiert.
Das ist allerdings nirgends verständlich angeschrieben und es war durchaus kompliziert diese Information von den Angestellten in der Post Filiale zu bekommen.
Das ist keine negative Rückmeldung an die Postfiliale oder deren Angestellten, aber DHL sollte hier jedenfalls die Situation besser klären, damit KundInnen wissen welche Pakete sie hier aufgeben können, und welche nicht.
The "DHL Express Service Point" integrated in the post office does not accept returns if they are sent as "Express Worldwide". Only "Economy" returns will be accepted.
However, this is not written anywhere in an understandable way and it was quite complicated to get this information from the employees in the post office.
This is not negative feedback for the post office or its employees, but DHL should definitely clarify the situation better so that customers know which packages they can post here and which not.
