★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf den Wiener Standort, sondern auf das Service generell ! Leider ist der OnLine Service (Check-IN) unter aller Kritik. Habe nunmehr zum zweiten Mal diese Fluglinie für den Flug Wien - Barcelona gebucht und hatte beide Male massive Probleme beim Online Check-In. Somit blieb leider nichts anderes übrig als sich um 6 Uhr früh am Schalter anzustellen. War definitiv das letzte Mal mit dieser Fluglinie, weil fliegen alleine reicht nicht, es muss auch das Service rundherum passen und vor allem funktionieren.
 This rating does not refer to the Vienna location, but to the service in general! Unfortunately, the online service (check-in) is under all criticism. Have now booked this airline for the second time for the Vienna - Barcelona flight and both had massive problems with online check-in. So, unfortunately, there was nothing left to do but queue at the counter at 6 a.m. It was definitely the last time with this airline, because flying alone is not enough, the service must fit all around and above all work.

Der Hin- wie Rückflug von Wien nach Barcelona und retour waren phantastisch!
Freigepäck, Bordessen und -getränke, In-flight-Entertainment, Zeitung in englischer Sprache und gratis Sitzplatzreservierung beim Online-Check-in... Was kann man sich mehr erwarten bei solchen Preisen, die einem Low-Coster wie Vueling oder Eurowings um nichts nachstehen!?
P.S.: Nicht unerwähnt sein soll auch die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Bordpersonals!
My review is about an Air China (return) flight and not the office at the Opera Ring!
The return flight from Vienna to Barcelona and back were fantastic!
Free baggage, on-board meals and drinks, in-flight entertainment, newspapers in English and free seat reservations when checking in online ... What more can you expect at prices that a low-coster like Vueling or Eurowings is looking for inferior !?
P.S .: The friendliness and attentiveness of the on-board personnel should not be forgotten!
