★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfreundlicher H*******n bis zum geht nicht mehr schickt mich raus weil ich es gewagt habe nach den preis zu fragen mit der begründen wir haben kunden die gleich kaufen... lieber paar meter weiter zum dorninger die wissen wie man mit kunden umgeht und preise sind TOP .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern dort um eine Autobatterie zu kaufen und frag die Verkäuferin noch ob man dir selber einbauen kann ihre Antwort war nein die gehört angelernt.
Ich fahr mit der Batterie in die Werkstatt um sie einbauen zu lassen. Der Mechaniker kommt zu mir und sagt dass das ja keine Start-Stopp Batterie sei. Also umsonst 73 Euro bezahlt. Ich ruf beim Dereniger an der sagt mir ich soll kommen und sie austauschen die richtige kostet 148 Euro. Dort angekommen hat die Verkäuferin natürlich alles abgestritten und ich hab keine 148 sondern 178 bezahlt. Eine Entschuldigung wär schon nett gewesen.... Von der Unfreundlichkeit rede ich gar nicht.

Was there yesterday to buy a car battery and asked the saleswoman whether you can install it yourself. Her answer was no, it was learned.
I take the battery to the workshop to have it installed. The mechanic comes to me and says that this is not a start-stop battery. So paid 73 euros for free. I call the dereniger who tells me to come and they exchange the correct one costs 148 euros. Once there, of course, the saleswoman denied everything and I paid 178 instead of 148. An apology would have been nice ... I'm not talking about the rudeness.
