Bin da auf einen extrem schlecht gelaunten und unfreundlichen älteren Herrn als Berater gestoßen. Der mir vom Kauf abgeraten hat, weil das Auto eine Lieferzeit von 5 Monaten hat. Ebenso war er total empört, das ich aus dem Internet wusste, dass das Modell im Frühjahr relaunched auf den Markt kommt und er die Info nicht hatte. Leider woanders kaufen müssen? S	Serdar Ates on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die sich nicht Auskennen und deutlich unrealistische Preise, bei meinem Audi A7 rasselt die Steuerkette was auch ein Audi Fehler ist!! kam keiner Entgegen, fürs besichtigen 3 Stunden Arbeit 400-500€ ?? schlagen mir für die Reparatur am Handy 2500€ und vor Ort 4500€ vor? Nie wieder Porsche Steyr! Danke! H	Holger Burkhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Grund der Auslastung der Werkstatt war die zeitnahe Reparatur, Service und 57a Untersuchung nicht möglich. Ich habe vorort einen Termin ausgemacht - für 2 Wochen später, wegen besagter Auslastung. Dem Service Mitarbeiter habe ich gesagt, dass ich Service, Pickerl, die Reperatur einer Glühkerze und eine Überprüfung der Motorkühlung (da sporadisch die Kühlmitteltemperatur den gewöhnlichen Bereich von 90°C überschreitet) benötige. Außerdem wollte ich einen Leihwagen. Als ich endlich bei meinem Termin war, wussten die Mitarbeiter nur noch von meinem Pickerl Termin, Glühkerzen waren keine vorrätig und mussten bestellt werden, weshalb sich die Reparatur auf den nächsten Tag verzögern würde (kosten im Set unter 40eur sollten also Lagerware sein) Ein Leihwagen, wie ich ihn zuvor gefordert hatte, war auch nicht verfügbar. Als ich am nächsten Tag mein Auto abgeholt habe waren Service, die 57a Überprüfung gemacht und die Glühkerzen getauscht. Die Kühlung wurde allem Anschein nach nicht geprüft (obwohl auf dem Auftrag extra vermerkt), denn auf dem Heimweg ist die Anzeige wieder über den normalen Bereich von 90°Grad gestiegen. Dafür wurde mein Auto aber gewaschen, vielen Dank noch dafür!... Ich werde mich jetzt nach einer anderen Werkstatt umschauen, da ich mit diesem Service absolut nicht zufrieden bin. Due to the workload in the workshop, prompt repairs, service and 57a inspections were not possible. I made an appointment on site - for 2 weeks later, because of the said workload. I told the service employee that I needed service, stickers, the repair of a glow plug and a check of the engine cooling (since the coolant temperature occasionally exceeds the normal range of 90 ° C). I also wanted a rental car. When I finally got to my appointment, the employees only knew about my badge appointment, there were no glow plugs in stock and had to be ordered, which is why the repair would be delayed until the next day (costs under 40eur in the set should be stock items) as I had previously requested was also not available. When I picked up my car the next day, the service, the 57a check and the glow plugs were replaced. The cooling was apparently not checked (although it was noted separately on the order), because on the way home the display has risen above the normal range of 90 degrees. But my car was washed for that, thank you very much for that! ... I will now look around for another workshop as I am absolutely not satisfied with this service.

Als ich dort war, habe ich mit einem Mitarbeiter von Porsche-Steyr geredet und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine hintere Bremse sich im schlechten Zustand befindet und repariert werden muss. Als ich gefragt habe, wie viel es ungefähr kosten würde, wurde mir einen Preis von über 700€ gesagt. Ich habe direkt daraufhin geantwortet, dass es zu teuer ist und sie nichts mit meinem Auto anstellen sollen. Ich habe den Mitarbeitern gesagt, dass ich wohin musste und in zwei Stunden das Auto abholen werde. Als ich dann um 10 Uhr kam, wurde mir eine Rechnung in Höhe von 130€ gestellt, weil anscheinend die Bremsflüssigkeit gewechselt wurde. Meine Frage ist jetzt - nachdem ich extra gesagt habe, dass ich nichts reparieren lassen möchte und das Auto vor einem Jahr beim Service war und jetzt plötzlich die Bremse nicht funktioniert, obwohl ich das Auto sehr wenig benutze - warum wurde etwas bei dem Auto gewechselt und warum wurde die Bremse schon damals nicht repariert?
