Bestellte ein Fahrwerk mit der Anmerkung auf seiner Seite dass es per Einzelgenehmigung typisierbar ist und hier fängt der Spaß auch an. - Auf Anrufe wird nicht reagiert (zwecks Typisierungstermin) - Auf Nachrichtenanfragen (ob auf Whatsapp oder Insta oder per Mail) bekommt man entweder keine Rückmeldung oder dass man sich melden wird,....gemeldet hat sich bis zum heutigen Tag nach schon Wochen und Monaten vergeblichen Versuchs einen Termin zu bekommen, niemand. Und dabei war ich nicht mal lästig, dass ich jeden Tag herumgenervt hätte noch sonst was dergleichen. Meine Erfahrung bei Hausbesuchen: - Wenn man Hilfe braucht bezüglich des Fahrzeugs und man kündigt sich auch an, wartet man fast eine Stunde weil andere Kundschaften dran sind und Geld liegen lassen, und wenn man dann Zeit hat seine Fragen zu stellen, dann muss alles schnell gehen bzw. hatte ich keine 10 min für irgendwas und dabei fahre ich fast eine Stunde zu ihm hin... Fazit: Danke für nix. Die Erfahrung welche ich gemacht habe, zeigen mir nur dass es besser ist, sich um alles selbst zu kümmern. Auch wenn es kostenintensiver und komplizierter ist. Tolle Zeit- und Geldverschwendung. Von mir wird der Herr keine Anfragen, Nachrichten noch sonst was mehr erhalten und empfohlen wird schon gar nicht mehr von mir. Positive: Shop purchases and deliveries are processed quickly. But it stays that way ... Ordered a chassis with the note on its side that it can be typed with individual approval and this is where the fun begins. - Calls are not responded to (for the purpose of typing appointments) - On message inquiries (whether on Whatsapp or Insta or by email) you either get no response or that you will contact me ... until today, after weeks and months of unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment, nobody. And I wasn't even annoying that I had annoyed around every day or something else like that. My experience with home visits: - If you need help with the vehicle and you announce yourself, you wait almost an hour because other customers are on your way and leave money behind, and when you then have time to ask your questions, everything has to go quickly or I had less than 10 minutes for anything and I drive to him for almost an hour ... Conclusion: Thanks for nothing. The experience I've had only shows me that it's better to take care of everything yourself. Even if it is more expensive and more complicated. Great waste of time and money. The gentleman will not receive any inquiries, messages or anything else from me and I will no longer recommend anything at all.
