I feel very comfortable with the atmosphere, with the hairstyle result too :-) Has therefore become my regular hairdresser.

h	hemaluh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss meinen Ärger loswerden. Das Service Waschen-Schneiden-Föhnen zum Preis von 65 Euro wurde online gebucht und vom Chef Martin durchgeführt. Letztlich wurden aber 88 Euro verrechnet. Der stolze Aufpreis von 23 Euro wurde mit dem zeitlichen Mehraufwand für das Styling (lockig geföhnte Haare) begründet!? Es wurde vorab weder darauf hingewiesen, dass hier nicht unerhebliche Mehrkosten (warum erschließt sich mir nicht) entstehen, noch die Kundin - im Übrigen eine Schülerin, die zum Glück genügend Geld eingesteckt hatte - gefragt, ob dies zu diesem Aufpreis überhaupt erwünscht ist. Bislang waren wir immer zufrieden, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Aber solch ein nicht kundenorientiertes Verhalten verstehe ich definitiv nicht. Das muss wirklich nicht sein. Schade! I have to get rid of my anger. The service washing-cutting blow-dry for the price of 65 euros was booked online and carried out by the boss Martin. Ultimately, however, 88 euros were charged. The proud surcharge of 23 euros was justified by the additional time required for the styling (curly hair)? It was not previously pointed out that here not inconsiderable additional costs (why does not open up to me) arise, nor the customer - incidentally a student, who had luckily enough money plugged - asked if this is even desirable at this cost. So far, we were always satisfied, the staff are very nice and the price-performance ratio was right. But I definitely do not understand such non-customer behavior. That really does not have to be. Pity!
