A	Alice B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hab meine 2 ältesten und liebsten stofftiere dort hin gebracht, der kleine dalmatiner ist 33 jahre alt, der braune hund 24 jahre - sie haben mich all die zeit begleitet und waren immer bei mir. und ich hab tatsächlich eine kleine träne verdrückt, als ich die beiden abgeholt habe. sie schauen wieder sooo toll aus. der dalmatiner wurde nur gebürstet, mehr wollte ich bei ihm nicht machen lassen. aber das fell ist wieder deutlich schöner und flauschiger und die verlegten stellen sind weg. beim braunen hund war eine neue füllung dringend nötig und er hat neue, liebenswerte augen bekommen und schaut jetzt viel lebendiger aus. ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich, vielen dank für die schöne arbeit ❤️ I brought my 2 oldest and dearest stuffed animals there, the little dalmatian is 33 years old, the brown dog 24 years - they have accompanied me all the time and have always been with me. and I actually squashed a little tear when I picked them up. they look sooo great again. the dalmatian was only brushed, I didn't want to have anything else done with him. but the fur is much nicer and fluffier again and the misplaced areas are gone. the brown dog urgently needed a new filling and it has new, lovable eyes and now looks much more alive. i am really very happy, thank you very much for the wonderful work ❤️

Das Stofftier wurde so professionell repariert, dass man nicht einmal mehr sieht, wo der ursprüngliche Stoff gerissen ist. Ich wurde wirklich sehr gut beraten, und das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich. Die Nähte begannen sich zu lösen, die Füllung war schon ganz zerdrückt und klumpig und das Fell nicht mehr flauschig. Wie vereinbart wurden wir, nachdem sie dort ankam, angerufen und wir haben ausgemacht was gemacht wird und was es kostet. Vereinbart waren etwa 2 Wochen und ganz pünktlich nach dieser Zeit, trudelte sie per Post zuhause ein! Sogar eine nette Karte und ein kleines Spiel wurden dazu gepackt. Sollten wir wieder die Dienste eines erfahrenen Puppendoktors benötigen, schicken wir unseren Patienten garantiert dorthin!
