Dennoch gilt die Lieferung als zugestellt, auch wenn der Paketshop und folglich auch ich nie die Patronen erhalten hat. Unfortunately, the product was never delivered to me, although paid immediately by Paypal. There were probably difficulties with GLS. Nevertheless, the delivery is considered delivered, even if the parcel shop and therefore I never received the cartridges.

Von der Bestellung bis zum Eintreffen in Deutschland brauchbare 3 Tage und ein prima Preis dazu, Versand auch schon mit dabei. Original Toner wie bestellt in stablier Umverpackung, welche auch noch professionell mit Papier ausgepolstert war. Bestimmt wieder, wenn Denner an Toner hat, was ich dann gerade suche. Wird meine erste Anlaufstelle in Zukunft! Everything went well. Came with DHL and no disaster delivery service. Many thanks for that. From the order to the arrival in Germany usable 3 days and a great price, shipping included. Original toner as ordered in a stable outer packaging, which was also professionally padded with paper. Certainly again, if Denner's toner is what I'm looking for. Will be my first point of contact in the future!

Bei anderen Shops warem es bisher immer min. 1,5-2 Jahre! Auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Spur von Entgegenkommen oder Kulanz. Nie wieder!!! Caution - no long shelf life! The expiration date of the printer cartridge was just one month in the future. At other shops it was always min. 1,5-2 years! Even after multiple demand no trace of concession or goodwill. Never again!!!

Kassette neueren Datums zugeschickt, diese ist fehlerfrei. So sollte guter Service sein! Super service from this company: after delivery (one after the other) of 2 HP toner cartridges, which were manufactured several years ago and therefore did not have a clean print, I was sent a third, newer cartridge without any problems, it is free of defects. This is how good service should be!

Klar gibt es immer irgendwo jemand der um ein paar Cent günstiger ist, aber uns war wichtig einen verlässlichen Partner zu haben und den haben wir mit der Firma Denner gefunden. Vorgang ist beim Anwalt. Mal sehen was er dazu sagt. Never again ... Denied 14-day right of withdrawal, despite advertising on the homepage "14-day money-back guarantee" ... with the reason: that I opened the packaging of an iPad case ... the case is with the lawyer.
