★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtig schlechter Kundenservice und Umgang! Absolut katastrophal organisiert... und nur am beschweren und aufregen wie überfordert man ist mit den Ganzen weil so viel zu tun ist.
Zwei mal einen fixen Termin ausgemacht! Beim ersten Mal kurz davor abgesagt mit dem Versprechen,, die Tage wird das auf jeden Fall geholt''.
Nachdem ich als Kunde hinterher laufen muss einen 2. Termin ausgemacht, diesmal nicht mal abgesagt oder sonst was einfach Nichts! Per Telefon auch nicht abgehoben oder auf Nachrichten reagiert.
Nach einem Anruf auf einer privaten Nr. gleich abgehoben und dann heißt es:,, ah auf dich hab ich ganz vergessen, wann hast du mal wieder Zeit ''
LASST EUCH NICHT VERÄPPELN!
MÖCHTE NICHT WISSEN WIE KORREKT ES DANN MIT DER ANALYSE BZW. BERECHNUNG ABLÄUFT, EINFACH NUR FINGER WEG!
Really bad customer service and handling! Organized absolutely catastrophically ... and just complaining and upset how overwhelmed you are with the whole thing because there is so much to do.
Made a fixed appointment twice! The first time shortly before it was canceled with the promise that "the days will definitely be picked up".
After I as a customer have to run after a second appointment, this time not even canceled or anything else just nothing! Also not picked up by phone or responded to messages.
After a call on a private number immediately picked up and then it says: "Ah, I forgot about you, when will you have time again"
DON'T LET YOURSELF UP!
DO NOT WANT TO KNOW HOW CORRECTLY THEN WITH THE ANALYSIS OR. CALCULATION IN PROGRESS, JUST FINGER AWAY!
