Ich empfehle die Arbeiter aber das wars dann auch schon. Friendly worker and for the star but prices overpriced, no accommodating with misunderstandings and insanely long delivery time. I recommend the workers but that's it.

Wo andere, namhafte Fensterfirmen nicht mehr weiterwussten, konnte die Firma Fenz eine optimale und sehr ausgereifte Fensterlösung vom Einbau einer Hebe-Schiebefront bis zur Montage von Schrägfenstern durchführen. Das Unternehmen verfügt über sehr moderne Baumaschinen wie z. B einen mobilen Baukran, der eben sehr schwer erreichbare Stellen zielgenau ansteuern kann. Das Team ist sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt, sodass jeder Handgriff passt. Auch die Nachbetreuung ist Top. Meinerseits klare Weiterempfehlung! Very competent company. Where other, well-known window companies no longer knew what to do, the Fenz company was able to implement an optimal and very well-engineered window solution, from installing a lift-and-slide front to installing angled windows. The company has very modern construction machines such as B a mobile construction crane that can precisely target very hard-to-reach places. The team is very well coordinated so that every move fits. Darüber hinaus trifft man hier auf nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter und von der Geschäftsführung vorgelebt merkt man, dass Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit das A und O sind. Der Chef und die Firma waren jederzeit erreichbar und kurzfristige Änderungswünsche wurden prompt erfüllt-keine versteckten Kosten bzw. böse Überraschungen bei der Endabrechnung. Letztendlich haben wir doppelt so viel investiert wie geplant! Jederzeit wieder! Besonders imponiert hat uns die Verlässlichkeit, die ehrliche, sympathische Art sowie die Höflichkeit! From the first consultation to completion, a "soulful sausage roll"! The boss and the company were available at any time and requests for changes at short notice were promptly fulfilled - no hidden costs or nasty surprises in the final bill.
