Was today exchange shoes, had no bill and no box. The saleswoman (agency) was extremely nice and took me back without ifs and but the shoes and even returned the money !!!!! Die Schuhe, die ich gerne gekauft hätte, gab es leider nicht mehr in meiner Größe. Die Kollegin an der Kasse hat mir diese bestellt und nach ein paar Tagen ist das Paket schon zum Aktionspreis angekommen - Echt schön! In anderen Geschäften hab ich meistens nur "Haben wir nicht mehr" oder "es sind auch nur die Größen da, die Sie ausgestellt sehen" gehört. Das Geschäft bietet alle Schuhe für groß und klein, alt und jung und auch für Mann und Frau ?? Außerdem kann man gemütlich direkt vor der Türe parken. Immer wieder gerne ?
