B	Brigitte Pechtrager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich den Einkaufsstress nicht aushalte, finde ich es genial, online bestellen zu können, in Ruhe zuhause zu entscheiden und bei Reklamation - die Schuhe waren eine Nummer zu klein - umzutauschen. Auch die telefonische Auskunft - der junge Mann am Telefon sah gleich nach, ob die richtige Grösse im Geschäft sei, - war nicht da - ich würde per SMS verständigt, dass die richtigen Schuhe da sind und 7 Tage Zeit zum Umtausch bleiben. Das ist Service, da bin ich gerne Kunde. Since I can't stand the stress of shopping, I think it's great to be able to order online, to decide in peace at home and to exchange them in the event of a complaint - the shoes were one size too small. The telephone information - the young man on the phone immediately checked whether the right size was in the store - was not there - I would be informed by SMS that the right shoes were there and there were 7 days to exchange them. That's service, I like being a customer.
M	Martina Windegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich heute wieder enttäuscht worden. Früher hab ich öfters schon in dieser Filiale eingekauft und war nie glücklich über das Personal. Damit hab ich mich abgefunden. Aber die letzten Male war es wirklich ein Witz! Ich bin selbst im Handel und bin stets bemüht, aber sowas ist dem Personal fremd. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und einfach inkompetent. Auch wenn sie etwas nicht wissen, was natürlich in Ordnung ist, hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass sich jemand nur einen Hauch Mühe gibt. Selbst primitive Fragen können sie nicht beantworten. Und wenn man dann nochmals nachfragt bekommt man nur patzige Antworten und man wird abwertend behandelt. An einem Tag wo Ware zum räumen kommt, kann man es dann komplett vergessen, da keiner auf dich reagiert bzw. nur genervt ist. So viel zum Thema Kundenservice ... . NIE WIEDER! Unfortunately I was disappointed again today. I used to shop in this branch several times and was never happy with the staff. I've come to terms with that. But the last few times it was really a joke! I am in the trade myself and I always try, but that is alien to the staff. The staff is unfriendly and simply incompetent. Even if they don't know something, which is of course okay, you don't get the feeling that someone is just trying. They cannot answer even primitive questions. And if you then ask again you get only snotty answers and you are treated pejoratively. On a day when goods have to be cleared, you can then completely forget about it, because nobody reacts to you or is just annoyed. So much for customer service ... NEVER AGAIN!

It's a shame that the shoes I wanted weren't there in my size. But otherwise a nice shop with a large selection
