fachlich bei Standardsituationen duchaus Gut bis Sehr Gut. Empfangsdame sehr nett.
Minus -
anstehende Zahn OPs die nicht 0815 sind werden ausgelagert.
Fast 1/3 der verinbarten Termine wurden bei uns nachträglich verschoben (bei Schulpflichtigen Kindern ganz toll).
Fr. Dr. zeigt sich im Gespräch mit Kindern leider nicht immer von ihrer besten Seite, da wird der Ton schon auch mal etwas unprofessionell - sehr schade!
Plus -
technically good to very good in standard situations. Receptionist very nice.
Minus -
Pending dental operations that are not 0815 will be outsourced.
Almost 1/3 of the agreed appointments were postponed retrospectively (great for school-age children).
Dr. Unfortunately, when talking to children, she doesn't always show her best side, because the tone can sometimes be a bit unprofessional - a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ganze Team ist äußerst freundlich trotz entsprechendem Andrang. Frau DDr. Gappmaier nimmt sich ausreichend Zeit für den Patienten und das ist bei Leibe nicht selbstverständlich bei Kassenärzten. Ausgezeichnet, mehr kann man da nicht sagen.
The whole team is extremely friendly despite the corresponding crowd. Mrs. DDr. Gappmaier takes enough time for the patient and that is not a matter of course with statutory health insurance physicians. Excellent, nothing more can be said.
