E	Edith Ferstl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr modern auch die Mitarbeiter die sprechen nicht mal mehr mit dir...mein altmodisches Sparbuch ist abgelaufen...tragt mir Zinsen nach sagt mir nicht s über Verlängerung etc.gibt mir das Buch zurück auf meine frage betreffend Zinsen sagt sie mir dann täglich fällg ist besser......nahm noch Dollar mit....nichtmal ein Beleg wurde mir ausgehändigt oder ein Kuvert angeboten Very modern, too, the employees who don't even speak to you anymore ... my old-fashioned savings account has expired ... does not pay me interest, does not tell me about renewal etc., gives me the book back when I ask about interest, she then tells me daily Due is better ...... took some dollars with me .... not even a receipt was given to me or an envelope was offered

Dafür gibt es sogar eine eigene Infodame, die die Nummern austeilt und hilft. Wieso macht man das nicht einfach wie bei der Post, wo alle in einer einzigen Schlange stehen und zum nächsten freien Schalter aufgeteilt werden. Ich bekam sogar eine Nummer zu einem fixen Termin mit meinem Bankberater. Also das hätte man sich um mein Geld lieber sparen können ... Became quite nice after the conversion, I find it strange that you now get a number. There is even a dedicated info lady who hands out the numbers and helps. Why is it not just like doing it at the post office, where everyone is in a single line and divided up to the next available counter. I even got a number on a fixed date with my bank advisor. So you could have saved that for my money ...
P	Paul Wallner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es sehr praktisch, dass ich in der Tiefgarage beim Besuch der Bank kostenlos parken kann. Der Lift bringt mich schnell an mein Ziel. In der Bank läuft alles sehr gut organisiert ab. Die Mitarbeiter sind engagiert. Meine Geschäfte kann ich mit der nötigen diskretion abwickeln. Was will man mehr. I find it very practical that I can park for free in the underground car park when visiting the bank. The lift takes me quickly to my destination. Everything is very well organized at the bank. The employees are committed. I can conduct my business with the necessary discretion. What more do you want.

Hat meine Partnerin nicht bemerkt und die Beraterin welche daneben stand hat es ignoriert. Dieses Geld hat dann das Paar hinter uns auf ihr Konto überwiesen bekommen. Als man die Angestellten darauf ansprach, wurden erst mal nur die Augen verdreht. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem anderen Paar war nicht möglich. Da man selber Schuld sei. Obwohl die Angestellte daneben stand. Aktualisieren der Wohnanschrift wurde auch mit Augen verdrehen kommentiert. Freundlicher Kundenservice kennt die Bank wohl nicht. Wir werden die Bank wechseln. Auf die Rezession dürfen die Angestellten gerne die Augen verdrehen! My partner was putting the change in the bank today. 50 of the 80 euros apparently fell into the bin. Didn't notice my partner and the advisor who was standing next to me ignored it. The couple behind us then got this money transferred to their account. When the employees were asked about it, they only rolled their eyes at first. Contacting the other couple was not possible. Because it is your own fault. Although the clerk was standing by. Updating the home address was also commented with rolling eyes. The bank probably doesn't know friendly customer service. We're going to switch banks. Employees are welcome to roll their eyes to the recession!
N	Nadine Nowak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach über 15 Jahren Kunde bei der Bank Austria, musste ich leider wechseln. FÜR ALLES werden einem Spesen verrechnet. Selbst wenn ICH in die Filiale fahre und etwas beim Automaten überweise, da wurden mir damals 6€ !!! verrechnet. Ich habe seit über einem Jahr kein Giro konnte mehr bei der Bank Austria, trotzdem will / kann man nicht alle Daten von mir löschen und das führte zu einem großen Missverständnis vor kurzem, welches die Mitarbeiter nicht gewillt waren aufzulösen. Bin ja keine Kundin mehr. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich mehr als unfreundlich an meine neue Bank verwiesen, obwohl ich sie um eine Erklärung bat. ( Und meine neue Bank mir bei diesem Problem nicht helfen konnte da der Fehler bei der Bank austria lag. ) ich bin mehr als froh dass ich nicht mehr bei dieser Bank Kundin bin. So ergeht es leider meiner ganzen Familie nach über 15 Jahren. Kundenorientiert ist halt etwas anderes. Diese Bank hätte nicht mal einen Stern verdient. After more than 15 years as a customer at Bank Austria, I unfortunately had to change. FOR EVERYTHING will be charged to an expense. Even if I go to the branch and transfer something at the machine, I was paid € 6 at the time! offset. I haven't had a giro at Bank Austria for over a year, but you don't want / can't delete all of my data and that led to a major misunderstanding recently, which the employees were not willing to resolve. I'm no longer a customer. The employee referred me to my new bank in a more than rude manner, even though I asked her for an explanation. (And my new bank could not help me with this problem because the error was with Bank Austria.) I am more than happy that I am no longer a customer of this bank. Unfortunately, this is what happens to my whole family after 15 years. Customer-oriented is something else. This bank didn't even deserve a star.
