J	Jasmin Eller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem nach nur 2,5 Jahren unser Induktionskochfeld den Geist aufgegeben hat, habe ich mich als erstes an den Hersteller des Kochfeld es gewendet, leider erhielt ich dort auch nach Tagen keine Antwort. Habe mich dann doch an Dan Megastore Rum gewendet um gegebenenfalls einen Kontakt zu einem Elektriker zu erhalten. Hr. Egger (?) war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat sich alles genau angehört und sich auch immer rasch zurück gemeldet. Durch in kam es zum Kontakt mit einer Firma, die sich um die Reperatur kümmert. Auch dort war ein überaus sympathischer Herr und gerade eben den Anruf erhalten, dass unser Kochfeld morgen repariert bzw. angeschaut werden soll. Vielen Dank, dass Sie in der verrückten Zeit, dennoch ein so hohes Maß an Freundlichkeit an den Tag gelegt haben. After our induction hob had given up the ghost after only 2.5 years, the first thing I did was to contact the manufacturer of the hob, unfortunately I didn't get an answer even after days. I then turned to Dan Megastore Rum to get in touch with an electrician if necessary. Mr. Egger (?) Was extremely friendly and courteous, listened to everything carefully and always got back to me quickly. Through in I came into contact with a company that takes care of the repairs. There was also a very personable gentleman there and he had just received the call that our hob should be repaired or inspected tomorrow. Thank you for showing such a high level of friendliness in those crazy times.

Nicht nur, dass die Qualität des Produkts top ist, auch das Team, das dahintersteht würde mehr als 5 Sterne verdienen. Was diese Truppe bei uns auf eher kleinem Raum gezaubert hat, ist unglaublich! Von der Planung über die Montage bis zur Behandlung von Extra- und Zusatzwünschen, alles höchst professionell, freundlich und vor allem verlässlich abgewickelt. Und das bei einem unschlagbaren Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Danke an das ganze Team!! Fazit: Es ist beinahe schade, dass man nicht öfter eine Küche braucht... A thoroughly convincing performance! Not only is the quality of the product top notch, but the team behind it would deserve more than 5 stars. What this troupe has conjured up in a rather small space is unbelievable! From the planning to the assembly to the handling of extra and additional requests, everything was handled in a highly professional, friendly and, above all, reliable manner. And that at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Thanks to the whole team!! Conclusion: It's almost a shame that you don't need a kitchen more often...

Die 5 Sterne gibt es für Planung, Einbau, Service, Umgang bei Problemen (Barplatte mit Kratzer wurde neu geschliffen und lackiert) und das alles zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Danke Frank für die tolle Planung samt Einbeziehung unserer Spezialwünsche und Deine Unterstützung / Koordination während der Bauphase. Die Monteure haben eine super saubere Arbeit abgeliefert, großen Dank an Rainer, Franz und Simon! Die Jungs verstehen wirklich ihr Handwerk ??Bitte macht so weiter!!! We can only recommend this kitchen studio. There are 5 stars for planning, installation, service, dealing with problems (bar top with scratches was sanded and painted again) and all at a really fair price. Thank you Frank for the great planning including our special requests and your support / coordination during the construction phase. The fitters did a super clean job, big thanks to Rainer, Franz and Simon! The guys really understand their craft ??Please carry on like this!
M	Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das große Glück, dass wir bei der 1. Küchenplanung in unserem Leben Herrn Bulacher begegneten. Mit einem Instagram-Bild sind wir ins Geschäft gegangen… Herr Bulacher hat uns dann mit unglaublich viel Geduld und großem Engagement durch die Küchenplanung geführt. Sein Fachwissen war hier von großer Bedeutung und bewahrte uns vor der ein oder anderen Fehlentscheidung. Er hat all unsere Wünsche (versenkter Herd, Steinplatte, höhergestellter Ofen) preisgerecht und trotzdem hoch qualitativ umgesetzt. Jede Schublade ist durchdacht und das Kochen macht unglaublich viel Spaß. Zu erwähnen ist auch die rasche LIeferung: Herr Bulacher hat die coronabedingte Lieferverzögerung schon im vornhinein miteingerechnet und so wurde die LIeferung genau an dem versprochenen Tag getätigt, was in dieser Zeit wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Der Kücheneinbau hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch hier gebührt ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter, die hier sehr genau und schnell arbeiteten. Herr Bulacher hat sich ganz am Schluss auch nochmal erkundigt und gefragt, wie die Küche geworden ist.. Nachdem die Küche ein paar Monate im Einsatz war, können wir es nur nochmal wiederholen: VIELEN DANK, dass Sie mit uns diese Traumküche geplant haben. Die Küche hat unsere Wohnung exrem aufgewertet und es vergeht kein Tag ohne Kochspaß! We were very lucky that we met Mr. Bulacher when we were planning the first kitchen in our life. We went into business with an Instagram picture ... Mr. Bulacher then guided us through the kitchen planning with an incredible amount of patience and great commitment. His specialist knowledge was of great importance here and saved us from one or the other wrong decision. He implemented all of our wishes (sunken stove, stone slab, raised stove) at a reasonable price and still high quality. Every drawer is well thought out and cooking is a lot of fun. The quick delivery should also be mentioned: Mr. Bulacher included the corona-related delivery delay in advance and so the delivery was made exactly on the promised day, which is really not a matter of course at this time. The kitchen installation worked perfectly. Here, too, a very big thank you goes to the employees, who worked very precisely and quickly. At the very end, Mr. Bulacher asked again how the kitchen turned out. After the kitchen had been in use for a few months, we can only repeat it again: THANK YOU for planning this dream kitchen with us. The kitchen has greatly enhanced our apartment and not a day goes by without cooking fun!
