p	peter andrecs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer sich grün und blau ärgern will, der ist hier, bei einem der Mitarbeiter (SC) perfekt aufgehoben!! Wirkt zwar kompetent ABER, wenn Wochen (!) nach dem Besprechungstermin noch immer kein einziger der versprochenen Pläne zu den fixierten Terminen geliefert wird und man dumm-dreist auf weitere Wochen vertröstet wird, dann ist das Kundenservice, wie er schlechter gar nicht mehr sein kann. Als einzige Problemlösung wurde daraufhin von diesem Mitarbeiter angeboten, dass man mit einem anderen Küchenstudio Kontakt aufnehmen soll. Denn er selbst wird auch in den nächsten Wochen zeitlich einfach nicht in der Lage sein, Planskizzen oder einen Kostenvoranschlag zu liefern. (Warum dann überhaupt Besprechungstermine vereinbart werden, ist mehr als fraglich.) Und dass durch den Zeitverlust auch die ursprünglich vereinbarten Liefertermine dann völlig unmöglich werden, ist diesem Mitarbeiter scheinbar ebenfalls vollkommen egal…. Anyone who wants to get angry green and blue is in good hands here, with one of the employees (SC)!! Seems competent BUT if weeks (!) after the meeting date still not a single one of the promised plans is delivered on the fixed dates and you are foolishly put off for another few weeks, then the customer service is as bad as it can be . The only solution to the problem was then offered by this employee that you should contact another kitchen studio. Because he himself will simply not be able to deliver plan sketches or a cost estimate in the next few weeks. (It is more than questionable why meetings are arranged at all.) And the fact that the originally agreed delivery dates are then completely impossible due to the loss of time is also apparently completely irrelevant to this employee....

Sebastian ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und extrem geduldig :) nimmt sich viel Zeit für die Planung wünsche und änderungen. Da passt einfach alles! Du kommst als Fremder und gehst als Freund.
