Gorgeous hotel that is totally geared to making a fun time for kids. Happy kids, happy wife, happy life. Indoor football arena, bowling alley, various age specific playrooms. Indoor heated swimming pool. Outside section with jacuzzi. Good spa salon. Ski hire is in the hotel- Very friendly and flexible. A morning train brings kids to there ski school. Saves them walking in clunky boots. Food is deliciously prepared but is a little limited in selection. Service is with a smile. Top place. A+

The hotel is a great place, especially for children. Our kids (4 and 7) could move around the place on their own. They have a children's area with nanny service from 8 am to 9 pm. The landscape in view of the hotel is very nice and you can reach several places to have a walk on the mountains within minutes.

What a great Hotel! 5* Hotel with everything you need for a great Holiday -  and more importantly - your child/ren will love it here. This place has a better child support system than most countries   Great food, great staff, great entertainment and the hotel looks like it was just been finished (but as I discovered it has been already there for four years) Just the fact that every possible brand has been represented with their products their ( for a buggy you can choose from different brands to push your child around all day, or every possible Milk/Babyfood flavour from HIPP). The Childcare there is just amazing - you have the feeling that these people love their job - and this is exactly the feeling you as a parent need when you drop your children off! In comparison to every other 5*review I have made - this should have been a 6* review on google ;) What a great place - and we have already booked another week for the following year!

It was our first time at this hotel. We have 3 young children below 5 yrs old and for this age range, the hotel had everything we needed to entertain them after their ski course had finished. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the kids club! The staff are very friendly and helpful no matter the time or request.

Excellent all inclusive hotel for families in amazing environment. Amazing place for families - everything is children and baby friendly, all necessities are provided. The nature is just amazing, we loved the surrounding area very much. Meals are delicious and actually the whole day provided with excellent quality. The goats in the lobby are really great!:)

This is one of the best resorts to go with your kids. Amazing choice of food & awesome sauna/spa area. Rather pricy but worth the money.

Went to the resort with my daughter and two sons . We are English speaking and it was very difficult for the kids to make friends as most of the kids did not speak or understand English . I suggest you make sure to ask for the list of activities taking place during your visit in advance and book the activities for the kids online before you get there . We arrived on a Friday and were told that the kids (both over 8) could not sign in for any activity over the weekend as they were fully booked up . My daughter was furious as the hotel should have sent the program in advance via email in order for the kids to sign up and participate . The resort is lovely and food very good but I do not recommend it to anybody whose kids only speak English .

Purpose-built family hotel, modern and with great infrastructure for families. Huge variety of in- and outdoor activities for children of all ages. In my opinion lacking a bit in terms of food/gastronomy and overall customer service though. Rooms - 5/5 Modern "alpine-chic" rooms which are purpose-built for families and very functional: separate small bedroom for children, smaller washbasin for children, child seat on toilet, walk-in wardrobe with a lot of space that is easily accessible (exactly what families need), Lego/Duplo in the room Infrastructure - 5/5 Spacious building with multiple, easily accessible areas (different play areas, a theatre, an indoor gym hall for children, kids club for different age groups, outdoor play area, farm animals, etc.), walking distance to ski lift, indoor pool and water play area with different slides, spa area, gym etc. Activities - 5/5 Full program throughout the day for children and adults alike, kids club separated by age groups with professional child care team, definitely nobody gets bored Food/Gastronomy - 3/5 In my opinion the biggest area for improvement. All meals are 100% buffet style with very little waiter presence which seems strange at this price point (we paid 900 EUR per night). At breakfast you have to get your own coffee from a machine and the only egg dish that id made freshly (at the buffet) is omelette. Especially in a childrens hotel I am sure parents would appreciate if they could save themselves at least 1-2 trips to the buffet. Dinner is also buffet-only and one really has to sit down at 19.30 at the latest in order to still get more or less decent variety and freshness (we had the feeling that especially starters do not get restocked at all), despite the buffet technically being open until 20.30. But the fact is that already at 20.00 everything looks a bit sad there and from 20.15 onwards it really is just a collection of old leftovers. There is also no room service option whatsoever (again a bit strange given the price point) which really means that you better start your dinner by 19.30 at the latest if you don't want to be disappointed. We complained specifically about this point on the first day and the hotel then did their best to accommodate us by holding back some dishes that we could then eat a bit later than usual, so kudos to them for this. Service - 3/5 The service level is good, but in relation to the price point could be a little better I would think. Some examples are: restaurant employees reacting a bit grumpy when you tell them e.g. that a sauce is missing which is mentioned at the buffet, even if a waiter is extremely stressed the sentence "I also have other guests" should not be the answer (especially given we had not pestered this waiter, in fact we had waited for 15 minutes at the table for him to show up and take our wine order), no room service at all, check-out at 11 AM without any flexibility, no American Express cards accepted. Overall a very nice family hotel which however in my opinion would benefit from some improvements in its gastronomy concept.
