Rooms don't have tea and coffee making as standard, this needs to be collected from reception. This hotel is perfect for family's with kids.

After finish the vacation and staying in sommerhof hotel I can say that it’s the best hotel for families at this region Everything was perfect The room was amazing , the beds were comfortable and the pillows and covers were premium . The breakfast and evening dinner were high quality with excellent service The facilities for kids , the pool , the kids play zone jimbori and above all was the perfect service and family feeling staff . Each one of the service staff gave us a feeling of being here for years. So for summary this hotel combines luxury feeling with family touch and great service and the most beautiful area in the world . Fransis family
R	Renu A Sandy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 1 night. Lovely hotel with spacious room and really comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location if you want to travel by bus, bus stop right outside. We had the buffet dinner, if you are a Vegetarian please let staff know as they offer you more options. The dinner was good. Lovely breakfast as well with good choice of cereals and breads. Only 2 issues, for a four star hotel, the room we stayed in didn't have tea and coffee making facilities. When I called reception to ask, they asked me to come down and collect a kettle which was helpful but there were no tea bags luckily we had some on us. Secondly we were really looking forward to using the pool. The pool closes at 730PM which we were not made aware of and the following day it opens at 1.00 in the afternoon so if you are only doing short stay, like us, very little opportunity to use the pool or any other facilities.
L	Lisa B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I loved this hotel - the location was central to Salzburg, Hallstatt, and many outdoor attractions for kids and adults alike (summer toboggan runs, hiking, Gosausee, boat rentals). The hotel itself had a game room, swimming pool, bouncy house - both indoor and outdoor activities for kids. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had an incredible view of the mountains. We will definitely be back for another visit and stay at this hotel.

m	marco ginara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All smiling and friendly staff/managers. Foods are good. My only wish is to have non-German language TV channels. As you know, there is no place to go in the evenings anymore (from the unnecessary Pandemic rules) I left extremely satisfied.
