★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most excellent Italian restaurant, a bit outside the town centre. Lovely staff, nice, if limited, wine list 'la macchiole' Rosso highly recommended. Wide range of Italian staples. Locals seemed to go for pizzas, while I found beef carpaccio and spaghetti vongole to be my favourites. Grilled fish also very good and steak huge and tender. Loved it. Oh and the olive oil was a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely meal with family. We tried the pasta with shrimp and rocket, regatoni with aubergine and tomato, gnoccetti with tomato sauce and salad. Good wine too. All very happy and no room for dessert this time. A reasonably priced meal.
The two staff were polite and helpful, especially since they were OK speaking English with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really pleasant evening there. I really liked the interior and the seating.
The service was really good, they have been really helpful and friendly. The ask twice if everything is okay but not too often just perfect to reorder drinks.
The pizza could be more tasty but i really enjoyed it though. I would love to see buffalo mozzarella on the menu.
Would recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the plus side, the pizza is quite good, the most authentic I had during my time in Innsbruck. If that is your only concern, this is a good spot.
That said, the one staff I interacted with (possibly an owner, judging from the other negative reviews), was very rude.
I understand that you don't need to be enthusiastically positive. We all have bad days, and I can tell that you're busy. That's fine. But I'm trying to pay for this pizza, and this guy was basically TRYING to go elsewhere. The woman behind the counter was much much nicer.
If you're looking for convenience and friendly service, both Pizzeria Allora and Pizza Crocodiles are better choices.
