★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einem Monat für Freundin Termin ausgemacht. Bei Eintreffen 2 Assistenteninen im Büro und nur eine Patientin sichtbar.
Leider keine von den beiden wusste was von Termin. Mir wurde gesagt das andere Kundin nicht kam. Aber meine Freundin keinen Termin hat. Anstatt flexibel zu sein wurde mir erklärt das keine Neu-patienten angenommen werden......???
In Wahrheit hat da eine Name falsch notiert oder vergessen.
Kompetenz und Flexibilität nicht vorhanden. Mfg
Arranged a month ago for girlfriend's appointment. When 2 assistants arrive in the office and only one patient is visible.
Unfortunately none of the two knew what about the appointment. I was told that the other customer was not coming. But my girlfriend has no appointment. Instead of being flexible, I was told that no new patients would be accepted ...... ???
The truth is that a name was wrongly noted or forgotten.
Competence and flexibility not available. Kind regards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Routineuntersuchungen absolut okay, erwartet man sich viel Einfühlungsvermögen ist man bei Dr. Waitz Penz eher fehl am Platz.
Gerade in der Schwangerenbetreuung wäre es schön, kompetent UND menschlich betreut zu werden. Das erfüllt sie meiner Meinung nach leider nicht.
For routine examinations absolutely okay, if you expect a lot of empathy you are with Dr. Waitz Penz rather out of place.
It would be nice, especially in the care of pregnant women, to be looked after competently AND humanely. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that does not meet them.
