R	Roman V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich - Nie wieder!! Bei einer Sportster die Riemenscheibe tauschen lassen und dazugehörige Abdeckung (da gebrochen). Soweit so gut! Harley abgeholt und in der Garage bemerkt das die Riemenabdeckung nicht die selbe wie vorher ist - Schwarz matt statt Chrom. Zurück gefahren und bemängelt und gefragt wieso sie das verbauen und mich nicht kontaktieren wenn andere Teile verbaut werden als vereinbart. Das Teil war noch dazu gebraucht und schnell mit der Spraydose angesprüht. Bei der Bemängelung dann „ja was hast-schaut ja fast gleich aus - hatten wir gerade herumliegen“??!! Bei einer Harley die Aufwändig umgebaut wurde - unglaublich! Nach langem hin und her, haben sie dann wiederwillig zugestimmt das sie die Chromabdeckung bestellen u. einbauen (musste natürlich wieder alles abgebaut werden). Die Sache war für mich soweit vergessen, jetzt bei einem Neuauftrag - Zitat: wir machen nichts mehr für dich. Kundenunfreundlich und Null einsichtig. Finger weg! Incredible - never again !! In the case of a Sportster, have the pulley replaced and the associated cover (as broken). So far so good! Picked up by Harley and noticed in the garage that the strap cover is not the same as before - matt black instead of chrome. Drive back and complained and asked why they are installing it and do not contact me if other parts are installed than agreed. The part was also used and sprayed quickly with the spray can. When complaining, "yes, what did you have - looks almost the same - did we just lie around" ?? !! On a Harley that has been extensively rebuilt - unbelievable! After a long back and forth, they willingly agreed to order the chrome cover u. install (of course everything had to be dismantled again). The thing was so far forgotten for me, now with a new order - quote: we don't do anything for you anymore. Customer-unfriendly and insightless. Hands off!

Und das tut sie auch einwandfrei.Top Preis-Leistung. Ich gehe schon Jahrelang zu Cytec. Für uns sind die Jungs in Sachen Harley die erste Adresse. Nur zu empfehlen. Eine Schnöselfreie Werkstatt und die Jungs wissen was sie tun. My Fatboy was top rebuilt and serviced! Great work, high quality. And for me the Harley has to run because my buddies and I drive in all weather. And it does it perfectly - great value for money. I've been going to Cytec for years. For us, the boys are the first choice when it comes to Harley. I can only recommend it. A no-mess workshop and the boys know what they're doing.
