Man würde in diesem romantisch kleinen Geschäft nie die riesige Auswahl vermuten, aber man bekommt wirklich alles, was mit Schneiden zu tun hat - vom Schwert bis zur Nagelschere. Am Wichtigsten ist mir aber das unglaubliche Wissen und die Erfahrung. Wohlgenannt schleift alles, so dass die guten Stücke auch ein Leben lang halten und man jahrelang seine Freude damit hat. Darüber hinaus ist Wohlgenannt auch ein international bekannter Messermacher und fertigt in Handarbeit Messer. Man spürt dann auch im Geschäft, dass die Leute viel Ahnung haben. Bin einfach nur begeistert jetzt sind sie wieder sehr scharf und wunderbar aufpoliert. Die Messer sind wie neu Habe wieder Freude alles zu zerkleinern.
