Dem Kunden geraten, dann einfach bei Amazon zu bestellen, wenn er sich über die Abwicklung beschwert.
Ersteindruck war freundlich, doch Professionalität sieht anders aus.

Order processing by phone not customer-oriented
Urgent treatment unprofessional
The customer advised, then simply order from Amazon, if he complains about the settlement.
First impression was friendly, but professionalism looks different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laufe hier seit 20 Jahren jährlich 2 US Permudashorts. Die Qualität ist gleichbleibend. Das Publikum ist seit Jahren das selbe. Gehe selbst nur einkaufen wenn nichts los ist, oder die Frau des Chefs arbeitet. ;-)
Run here for 20 years annually 2 US Permudashorts. The quality is consistent. The audience has been the same for years. Just go shopping yourself if nothing is going on or the boss's wife is working. ;-)

With full joy from Leoben to Graz because I still need something for tomorrow. Normally open until 5:00 p.m. and what is it closed at 3:45 p.m. Thanks for nothing..
