★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dem Friseur mehrere Fotos gezeigt und das ich es oben lange haben möchte (ca 10 bis 12 cm) und seitlich kurz. Endergebnis das alles rundherum sehr sehr kurz war. . ich habe mehrmals darauf hingewiesen das es oben sehr lange sein soll. Und wurde nicht gemacht. Schade....... ein schöner Salon, gute Atmosphäre, freundliche Mitarbeiter . Aber kein weiterer Besuch mehr. sehr schade weil ein toller salon aber wenn ich jetzt 2 monate unterirdisch gehen muss weil ich wie ein idiot aussehe, werde ich dort nicht mehr hingehen können.
I showed the hairdresser several photos and that I would like it to be long on top (about 10 to 12 cm) and short on the sides. The end result was that everything was very, very short. . I have pointed out several times that it should be very long above. And was not done. A shame ....... a nice salon, good atmosphere, friendly staff. But no more visits. a shame because a great salon but if i have to go underground for 2 months because i look like an idiot, i won't be able to go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich viel unterwegs bin und schon einige Barber kenne - kann ich dem echte 5 Sterne geben... Preislich ist er im Mittelfeld - nicht wirklich günstig - jedoch auch nicht teuer. Nimmt sich Zeit und fragt nach. Qualität kann sich sehen lassen ? denke - bis jetzt - einer der besten in Graz.
Nachtrag (30.07.2021) - Chef ist super bemüht und gibt dir Ratschläge - Top - Darum 2 Sterne.
Leider bereits das zweite mal - hintereinander - dass ich von der Qualität der Arbeit enttäuscht war und es geht gar nicht, das vor einem Kunden diskutiert / gestritten wird - wer welchen Kunden bekommt.
Da ich - sicher an die 20 mal dort war, werde ich wieder einmal vorbeischauen.
Wie gesagt, das ist jetzt meine Meinung.
Since I travel a lot and already know some barbers - I can give the real 5 stars ... In terms of price, it is in the middle of the range - not really cheap - but not expensive either. Takes time and asks. Quality is impressive ? think - so far - one of the best in Graz.
Addendum (07/30/2021) - the boss tries hard and gives you advice - great - that's why 2 stars.
Unfortunately for the second time - in a row - that I was disappointed with the quality of the work and it is not possible to discuss / argue in front of a customer - who gets which customer.
Since I've been there - for sure about 20 times, I'll stop by again.
As I said, that's my opinion now.
