★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unzufrieden. Unverschämt, dass sie noch Geld verlangt haben! Eigentlich sollte man nicht für so ein schmerzvolles Erlebnis zahlen. Nicht mal eine Entschuldigung war zu erwarten, stattdessen wurde gegrinst und meinte es sei normal. Ich komme definitiv nicht wieder und empfehle es daher auch nicht weiter.
Dissatisfied. Outrageous that they still asked for money! Actually, you should not pay for such a painful experience. Not even an apology was to be expected, instead it was grinning and said it was normal. I definitely do not come back and therefore recommend it not further.

Corona all measures are taken within government regulations. They believe in quality service and hospitality. If you are new or recently looking for new barber shop. Please go ahead with them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: it's just 2 tram stations or like a 5 min walk from the city center 'Hauptplatz'.
Clean: it's very clean and due to its small size has only the capacity for 2 guests being groomed at the same moment.
Staff: my favourite one is Muhanad. His German is good enough to get the hair cut you desire and to have some small chit chat. He's super friendly and does it with lots of love for details.
Experience: this is the one place I decided after trying out a couple in Graz, that I trust with my side-cuts. Usually I just give him upper hand in deciding what to do with my hair and so far I've always liked it.
